I paid 10:10 euros for overnight parking. Just kidding it was worth the trip.

Great view from our 10th floor room. Room was great with very large bathroom including a tub.

The staff was very friendly the room was large the views were beautiful and the pools were nice. And the hotel was very quiet.

Quiet room, warm, indoor pool and a regular outdoor pool. Breakfast was good and had a variety of choices. We ate dinner at the hotel restaurant downstairs and it was fantastic. Our child was given a coloring book while we waited for our food. The rooms were large.

Check-in was a bit slow. Perhaps have more staff during peak hours? We checked in around 4 PM if I remember.

The cleaning, we leave the room at 9h30, almost of the days, however the cleaning only comes after lunch when we want to rest.

The breakfast service was particularly disappointing: Several staff members appeared disinterested, unfriendly, and even disrespectful. When guests—myself included—had a question or wanted to order something, we had to wait because the employee in question first had to finish a private phone conversation. A simple "Good morning" or any semblance of professionalism was absent. The fact that the phone was visibly tucked into their waistband only reinforced this shockingly unprofessional impression. Additionally, the room cleanliness did not meet expectations: - No bathrobes or slippers (despite multiple stays). - A half-used, previously opened body lotion. - Layers of dust, empty plastic bottles under the bed, and strange hairs on the pillow. For a five-star hotel, such shortcomings are inexcusable. That said, I was genuinely pleased by the outstanding service of Inês Pinheiro at the front desk. She was consistently polite, attentive, and embodied the hospitality I expect from your hotel. Please pass along my sincere gratitude to her. I hope you take this feedback as an opportunity for improvement.

It is right on the beach and the room was very comfortable. Very clean and comfortable.

The hotel is ultramodern which is not our taste in European hotels. We prefer the boutique hotel experience . But this area did not offer that.

Dark inside the building, no carpet floor in the room, noisy window due to wind, room coffee machine not working properly (not puncturing the capsules), tiny and old tv, no bidet, tiny slipers, havc switched back on in the night (inoutted it in off mode) and was noisy.

EVERYTHING! the breakfast, the environment, staff made an effort to give me a sea-view room, gave good advice and instructions, all good.

Television is too small. Room could be a little bit warmer.

The air-conditioning in the room. Utter rubbish. The cleaning in our bathroom wasn't great either. The sink had some issues leaking. As you can see from the photos.

Views, location, beach, pools, sauna, casino, breakfast, cocktail bar, staff. We had a welcome Moscatel drink and a free room upgrade.

The cost of nespresso coffee: 3.5 EUR ( the costs is 0.50 EUR), the same price of a beer.

Amazing location, friendly attentive staff.Fantastic room upgrade on arrival with large terrace and amazing views.Fantastic food for breakfast and evening meal. Will definitely arrange a return trip very soon.
