The staff were really welcoming and helpful. The room was spacious and very comfortable. It's nearby the train station which is perfect when you are traveling via public transport. Beach is a short walk away.

An air conditioner would have been great! The roof top apartment was not ideal for 5 persons, a bit too small and equipped only for four.

While the breakfast was generally good, scrambled eggs were the only type of egg on offer. Unfortunately, the eggs were quite dense and average. Not having an egg option for the week we stayed there was unfortunate.The fitted bed sheet felt like the jersey material and not the smooth hotel sheets one expects. During the hot summer months, it did reduce sleeping comfort.

it says 2 bathrooms, but in reality only 2 WC. This was disappointing. Also the price is a bit too much, but seems standard in this area

Large apartment with great equipment. Clean and dog+family friendly place. Very good location.

Noisy bed that was used by kids.

The apartment was clean and there was a small pool and sauna which was lovely for our kids. There are also some nice extras like a drying rack for wet towels which was good.

We were a bit surprised that our living area did not have a window. We had expected a bright apartment based on the photos and advert. Presumably not all apartments in this property are designed like this but a bit of warning would have been appreciated.

Perfect stay for a family with kids. Kitchen well equipped. The pool is wonderful and we used it often.

The beds were really uncomfortable, and the bedding could have been fresher.

Great location, great terrace, nice and friendly staff. The swimming pool and the sauna are OK, although the pool is a bit small.

The sofa bed was quite dirty, with dog hair on it, when unfolded. And if you unfold the sofa, the lower floor becomes really tight in space.

We had 5 adults and needed to use the sofa bed in our apartment, but the room was very cramped when bed was opened. Also, the sofa bed wasn't so comfortable.

Localisation, sauna, pool, breakfast. Pool is small, but given we visited Binz beginning of May there were hardly any guests around thus nobody bothered us.

Friendly stuff. Location is close to the ocean and other places. The apartment was great and comfortable.

The mattress was way to soft for my taste. The pool had to much chlorine and made my child coughing all night after spending an hour in it.

Location is close to the train station, but far from the beach and downtown. The breakfast was pretty good.

We asked for an early check-in and received an email response saying they would try to accommodate our request. In the end ours was the last room to be cleaned and we were only able to enter the room at 4:00 PM. We asked for breakfast on our day of departure and they didn't give us a table/time slot (every table in the breakfast room gets a room and a time slot assigned). Overall it was a very mediocre experience.

No playground for young children - even in Binz for that matter! Apartments should have broom to clean up inevitable sand from the beach.
