Locations is in front of beach, very ideal to relax any time.

building design is bit complicated ,at recepation you would be given map to navigate to find your room however

The facilities, especially for kids, are great. The pool with the slide, two rooms to play, a kids club with activities, a playground and a Minigolf court. That’s all convenient and my kids had a great time! Further it’s beside the sea which is nice and it’s a very peaceful and silent setting. The breakfast buffet is ok, nothing special or fancy, but well organized.

You have to pay for a lot of things additionally. If you play Minigolf, its costs extra, the rooms and the breakfast are not cheap by any means. And in our room there was no kettle nor a fridge which for me would be standard by the price we paid. It is also not mentioned that you have to pay if you stay longer than 2 hours in the pool. Taking that into account the price-value is not convenient.

Love the location close to the city center Binz and close enough to the beach that we could hear it from our room. We‘d definitely stay there again!

We just booked one breakfast, the variety did not justify the price. Mattresses ARE really uncomfortable, unless you enjoy sleeping on hard surfaces. Kitchen is equipped okay, if you truly want to be self sufficient and cooking you probably come better prepped. So salt, pepper or sugar, not even starter packages. Stayed 6 nights and with 3 kids had to buy additional toilet paper. Indoor pool could use some better signage.

The hotel was clean, with a couple of nice activities that a person can do like mini golf, some water sports etc.

The hotel was at one corner of that beach strip. There were less restaurants, supermarkets and cafe. Also it was a bit far from bahnhof. The breakfast buffet was a bit costy and the cappucino was not included in that price.

Best value in Binz. Super comfortable beds. Clean.

Many of the amenities were not running and the pool opening was delayed by over one hour one of the days.

Some shampoo/soap in the shower would be good. Some more organic food.

Rooms were quite big and offer all you need for a short stay during vacation.

The towels were rather old, and the pillows lacked comfort.

The location near the beach and the Seebrücke, lots of bars and restaurants around, the big room with a kitchen and a balcon, the calm and tranquility of the area.

The hotel is very big and it is not always easy to find the place you are looking for, some more signs would be helpful

Good location and friendly staff at reception.

For 4 days they didn't change our towels, we ran out of toilet paper. The swimming pool was included in the price according to the description, but we were billed at the end. This should be written in advance and warned

Very nice location and having the pool on site is useful with unpredictable weather. That part of the beach is also less busy compared to further downtown in Binz, which makes it more enjoyable

The food options onsite are very limited, with at least half of the restaurants closed at all times. The food quality is also particularly lacking.

The hotel complex covers a big territory, so it's all about the room (floor, view etc.). The location itself is not central (which is a benefit in my opinion), but it's right on the first line, 2 min from the beach and the promenade lane, surrounded with huge pines.We were lucky to get a wonderful 3rd floor room in Ostseeperle, building #3, facing the park with a sneaky peek at the sea between the trees. Clean, super cozy and quiet. Our room with a small kitchenette was of a good size and had a balcony. There's a pool, a restaurant, a playground and some other extra services on the premises that we didn't use. A bus stop and a supermarket are a few min away. Highly recommend.PS. As always many rooms are facing not that spectacular sides, like a parking lot or a building in front. So be prepared or send an email beforehand asking for better view if possible. The toilet flush was a little weak, but it worked :)

Comfortable beds, close to the beach, spacious rooms.

The wifi is terrible, extremely poor quality

Great location, right on the beach. The corridors are outdated, even smell peculiar, but the rooms are clean and comfortable. Beds are comfortable. I really liked the separate, lockable bike storage, which made our lives much easier. The relatively large 2-level parking lot is very useful.

It almost always smells of cigarettes at the bike locker, which is very unpleasant, because the staff has their own smoking area there.

Small aquapark for children inside the hotel and located near the beach.

Since it was a room with a kitchen, it is not expected to clean and change towels (this is indicated in the conditions). It's unexpected that you have to take the garbage from your room outside the hotel. There is often cigarette smoke when you open a window or balcony.

It's in a quieter part of the town - which defo i s a big plus. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Beds were comfortable and rooms were clean with extra cleaning each day. Hotel is rather old, but you kinda dont feel like its negative. Beach is like 1 minute away.

Breakfasts. Definitely hoped to see more veggies.

We won’t get good room view, if we book with booking.com. They will tell you that they can’t give us our desired room view with our booked option through booking.com

No sockets near the bed.

The hotel is right on the beach and also has an Erlebnisbad. The staff were friendly with us :)
