Perfect location, mostly very friendly staff, great breakfast (especially fruits and fishes), excellent tranquil SPA, nice marine-ish design.

There was hardly any sea view in our "sea-side view" room. No teapot in the room and expensive room service to order some tea into the room. No room service for warm dishes. Some of the staff were outright rude. Shower is small and slightly mouldy. Breakfast's eggs were underwhelming both in the selection and the quality. Overall the impression was quite low for the hotel's price.

The spa area is great when there are no loud people there. Right on the beach, beautiful view. Modern and clean room. Good breakfast selection. Very nice cocktails at the bar.

Some very loud guests made the spa area annoying one day, and there were no staff on duty to ask them to quiet down.

Neighbors repeatedly smoking cigarettes on the balcony dampened our comfort, since we couldn‘t enjoy our own balcony and had to keep the windows shut, so we couldn‘t enjoy the fresh air or the sound of the baltic. Even though we kindly reminded the neighbors of the no-smoking rules and repeatedly informed the staff of the situation, nothing changed. very disappointing!

Hotel in a great location next to the beach.

Spartan equipped room, staff partly unfriendly, especially at breakfast. Horrendous parking fees. Spa opening hours very limited. Room price (maisonette, top-floor) far too expensive for what you really get.

Fantastic breakfast, great room and immaculate en-suite bathroom, and fabulous location. The Spa was brilliant.

The room was very quiet, and there was air conditioning so I could stay cool. Both the spa and fitness facilities were of the highest quality. Would love to visit again.

Arrived early @11:00 - room was ready - a bonus.Breakfast was good as always.Sunny balcony at rear [no sea view].Sauna/spa empty.

TV is a bit small and needs upgrading.

This hotel is situated in the middle of the Strandpromenade in Binz with a few meters to the sandy beach. Our room was at the 4th and fifth floor - we had a balcony with a free view over neighbour houses and a side sea view. The breakfast was splendid with fresh fruit, new prepared eggs dishes - salmon, sausages, croissants etc.

However, by e-mail we were presented with a "speciel" offer for dinner "2 Gang Wahlmenu (bis 1 Tag vor Anreise buchbar - nicht vor Ort) at the price of 39 EUR pro person. We booked this offer in advance. Our first night at the hotel we (two persons) selected two courses in the restaurant's menu and realized that they were much cheaper (32 EUR+34 EUR), than the "special" offer.In spite of that, the waiter demanded the special offer price of 39 EUR pro person.Consequently we paid 78 EUR which was 12 EUR more than necessary for our meal, because we have ordered in advance.This is strange marketing - and the hotel should cancel this offerWe strongly recommend new guests not to make use of this "special offer".

The breakfast room is at an excellent location, facing the sea front and the "Promenade" of Binz. The choice and quality of the food is excellent. It is very smart that cold cuts and fish are in a separate , cooled location. Egg choices are being asked by the service staff and prepared and served to you, you don't have to stand in line. What makes this place exceptional is it's 100% dedication to service, although the one male member we encountered still has to take some lessons in this regard, but I am sure that with - female - guidance - he will eventually get there too!

Staff (Especially Reception) was incredibly nice and always smiling. rooms are clean and as shown in pictures. Also amazing kitchen.

excellent food and service

The web room description is accurate although misleading at least in English, as a corner room with double balcony with “side sea views” actually has a view of the town and the carpark rather than the sea, basically very disappointing. This needs to be addressed and clarified, as a large room looking over the carpark was simply not cheap and no it what i thought i booked. Granted leaning out one of the two balconies looking 90 degrees north you can see the water so “side sea views” are accurate, but in English “sea side views” means something totally different !
