The hotel is located in very charming place with sea and forrest view. Moreover, the room was big and breakfast was very tasty.

Good room and nice breakfast

Check in only to 1800 we were 5 mins late so reception irritated. Parking place too small for our car with bikes behind. Use the parking in the woods nearby.Building is behind another so views are of car park.

The Room was so beautiful. The location was Perfect. Unfortunately only stayed from 8 evening till 7 morning so couldn’t use any facilities and no breakfast which had probably been wonderful like the room and the location

only that I had to walk to another hotel to get the key as I was arriving outside the hours the reception was open. Anyway the reception in the other hotel was very friendly. The weather was wonderful but it had been cold or rain would have been a very very unpleasant experience after a 16 hours trip.

Very nice breakfast. A la carte, but you can choose as much as you like. The SPA is very nice. You are close to the beach. Go for a swim and then to the SPA to relax. The hotel is away from the busy area.

No staff at the hotel, so you have to call another hotel to get help. Was not really a problem though

The breakfast suited us very well, the dish can be tailored to your taste. When the weather allows the meal takes place in an outdoor courtyard in a pleasant atmosphere. If it is raining the meal takes place inside the dining room in a very nicely decorated and pleasant to browse.

the room is very space optimized; its an old villa and not optimal for hotel purposes; it is the charm of the location, but has draw backs;

The location of this hotel was perfect – amidst the historic buildings of Binz but toward the quiet and leafy end of the promenade with the beautiful beach right in front. There are great restaurants nearby, and the pier and town centre are only a short stroll away. The breakfast was also a real highlight. It's served on site and you can either enjoy it on the patio with view of the ocean or in the cosy historic cellar (depending on the weather and your mood!). You can order from a menu and everything is made fresh. The lady who served us every day was extremely friendly and helpful. Everything is very accessible due to the onsite a carpark and lift, and the rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable.

This isn't a criticism but something to be aware of – the rooms in the annex behind the villa (where we stayed) are very modern, sunny and spacious, but look onto surrounding buildings and carpark. If you want views of the ocean you need to choose a room in the villa that mentions sea views. We were happy with our room because it was cheaper, but if you want to spend more to get a pretty view, you should choose a different room.

Room was very spacious, exceptionally clean and well equipped. The breakfast was very good.

Our room was above the kitchen of the restaurant, which sometimes was a little bit noisy.

It was cleaner than expected. And thank you for the anniversary cake, that was very thoughtful.

Reception/check in was closed and this was not informed ahead of time. We had to speak to a low quality intercom outside the building in the wind to find out that we need to walk for 15mins to another hotel to check in and walk back. Important check in information needs to be communicated ahead of time. This was not a good first impression.
