Excellent all around. Friendly, helpful staff. Great breakfast and dinner kitchen!

Friendly staff

Our view was the exhausts of parked cars. Couldn’t think of a worse location for a room in the basement.

Excellent spa, lovely apartments and super location. Staff at the reception and in the restaurant were excellent.

The self catering equipment in the kitchen was lacking basic implements such as a chopping board and suitable saucepans. An inventory should be checked regularly. There was an unpleasant smell from the pipes in the bathroom.

My elderly mother and I stayed in an apartment, which was bright, spacious and warm (important given the uncertain weather in October). We used the kitchenette for breakfast, coffees and snacks, but had dinner in the hotel brasserie, which had excellent fish dishes. The thermal salt water pool was lovely. Last but not least, all the staff were friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay.

The hotel is 2km from the centre of Binz. This was a bit of a stretch to walk for my mother. There is a bus service. The hotel provides the time table for the no 27, which runs every half hour. We realised after a few days that there are other lines, such as the no 22.

Really friendly and helpful staff provided everything we requested (kettle / ironing board). Great setting by the beach, Spa is really nice - we did an aqua-robics class and each had a massage. Restaurant buffet superb, breakfast very good too. Private parking was appreciated, though a little cramped.

I am not sure how to answer that. I expected more.

The breakfast and the dinner buffet were both one of the worst I have ever had! The pool area was OK (my daughter liked it) but I would compare it to a public pool, not to a nice hotel experience.

The space in the room, location was excellent -close to the beach, Binz center and Prora. Thermals were great. Good breakfast and very friendly stuff.

The staff are fabulous and have that first class can do attitude. The food was delicious and both the dinner and breakfast buffet was of a high quality The hotel is modern and fresh with an old school nostalgic family feel. The location is perfect, the spa is exceptional and we loved that our children could join us in relaxing .This is our second stay here and we will definitely be returning.

I would have liked an extra hour of the spa / sauna it would have been lovely to use it after returning from our evening stroll .

Everything was fine really. Breakfast was excellent and everything was nice and quiet.

We would have loved a coffee maker or at least a kettle!

Shake there was so Manu trees betjene the beach and the hotel, so we could varela see the beach from out room.We drive Electrical car, and charging on Rügen is not good. The hotel should really get some charging posibilities, that would be very nice

The position, the apartment was new. The SPA was wonderful

If I have to be picky, it is missing a charging station for electric cars. The rest is perfect

Everything was great. Especially breakfasts in the first place, the location, the hotel spa and breakfasts in the last place. Take the apartment with terrace if you can - I estimate that you will have got a wet bathsuit if you are looking for the sea. There is movable dryer inside but it won't be most beautifull part of your leaking room (I mean living room).

The kitchen could be better equipped with pots if you prefer to cook yourself. We didnt found any broom and dustpan what is problem after few days in the beach hotel (the beach moves slowly into your apartment).

very friendly staff, great location (2 minute walk to the beach), large choice of breakfast and nice evening menu, very clean.

I expected a more modern interior of the rooms, the gym equipment was quite outdated, my general expectation from the advertisement was not met and I would not book again at this price.

Binz is wonderful. It was just the hotel?

Dismal accommodation. We were shocked and nearly moved. Awful buffet on first night ( before we realised there were lots of lovely restaurants nearby. It felt as though we were in a very bad old people’s home.

The food (breakfast buffet, dinner buffet and ala carte options) were all delicious. The staff was also very friendly and accommodating. And the hotel is very family friendly.

Thermal baths were wonderful, room was comfortable and spacious.

Several staff members (bartender, restaurant server) were remarkably rude.

Great thermal pools, relaxed atmosphere, fresh bread delivery, enjoyable spa treatments, offered a free shuttle pick-up from the train station and had live music in the bar on Saturday

My bed was a bit too firm for me but this is a personal preference and I wish they had snacks for sale since room service is not offered - although they have a full restaurant onsite

The location of the Hotel is nice, spa is ok.

We ate dinner at the hotel the same evening of arrival and got food poisoning. We did not eat anything previously so we are sure it was from the hotel dinner (we ate fish). We decided to leave the hotel the next day and our holiday had to be made shorter than planned. The hotel staff was unapologetic and not very helpful. They charged us for the dinner (saying "but you had your dinner") and wanted to charge us for the breakfast the next morning, but we complained because we could obviously not eat.They took no responsibility for this incident and offered no compensation. Their argument was "You are the first guests to complain".We are definitely not coming back to this hotel!

Great place right next to the beach. But pretty far from restaurants and walking city center. Fantastic SPA with thermal water and helpful staff.

Restaurant does not work afternoon (closed between 11:30 and 17:30). So you have to walk 1-1,5 km to get a lunch. Cleaning cost is 45 Euro (not included).
