Great location, spacious apartment, delicious varied breakfast buffet, very friendly staff

Breakfast is very good. The hotel location is also very good. But room location not so bad. We thoroughly enjoyed everything.

The staff is very busy but the cleaners have problems with cleaning every day.

Quality of breakfast could be improved, more fruits, frech Juice, bacon etc. and further maintenance of the elevator to reduce the funny sounds. There are just very minor issues though.

Amazing peeps who were really good at explaining the details. Really welcoming and happy place to stay. We actually went for our wedding anniversary and they did even give us a small surprise gifts. Breakfast was also really good with more options. The travel tickets within the city and washroom access was free along with the booking of room; which was really helpful. Happy place to be and we both had a really nice time. Beach view rooms was stunning ?

difficult to navigate to hotel - one way streets/ pedestrian zones, can partly be ignored if hotel guest if we knew about it. so better instructions how to get to hotel and parking options

Spacious and clean room with a nice balcony looking out on the Baltic Sea. Large, very comfortable beds. Bathroom with a window (if every hotelroom could have that). The beach is only two minutes away by feet, bars and restaurants are everywhere. Rügen is a beautiful island.

Very close to the ocean, I was lucky I had a balcony with ocean view! Big rooms, comfy beds. The reception closes early, and I was arriving in the evening so they called me and arranged for me; very thankful for that!!

There was a soap dispenser in the shower which it was empty and dirty. The breakfast was ok in general (very german style) but the eggs didn’t look good at all.

The hotel is in a great location, only meters from the beach. Rooms are big and comfortable. Breakfast was traditional and tasty, with plenty of coffee. The staff were particularly friendly and accomodating.

There was no desk in the room, but as it is a holiday hotel, this makes sense. Check out at 10am is too early.

Staff was friendly and bed was comfy. The location is amazing, with a balcony with main street and sea view. Breakfast was really good and restaurant right under it was really good.

Staff was very friendly

Parking is offered but it is a 10 min walk away and the parking garages clearing is very low! You can pull into the back parking lot of the hotel but it is cumbersome and you need to drive through a heavily pedestrian area. The distance of the parking gargage was not communicated . Breakfast was okay nothing unique or special. Nice coffee machine . At night until 11 pm the music fromThe pier is loud , there is no AC I can imagine it getting pretty warm in the summer.

The location is excellent (it is right opposite the Binz pier), room was quite spacious and clean, and the TV was huge. Could see the sea from the balcony and it was beautiful and very relaxing. Staff were polite and helpful too. The noise from the restaurant and Promenade didn't bother us much because we expected it to be a little noisy at the Centre and rather liked how lively the surroundings were (you can block out the sounds by closing your windows, if it bothers you).

The entrance to the hostel is through the restaurant, which wasn't really a problem, but was a tinnie bit awkward.

Breakfast was tasty, but not a lot of variety. The location is very close to the pier and beach, perfect for a stroll at any time. There is a bus stop 10min walk from the hotel.
