Hotel Meerzeit Binz

Nice hotel, room was spacious. Hotel provided dog bowls and a little tasty snack for the furry guest. Breakfast is good, good options.

Since we were traveling with the dog they put us in the room on the ground floor without any carpets (which was not mentioned in the room description during booking). The bathroom was not cleaned well and I found random black hairs here and there.

The overall, hotel is ok. It provides average breakfast, the staff was really friendly and helpful.

The room was facing noisy street, the furniture was quite old, there don't provide any extras - like kettle, shampoo, shower gel or anything else. The only water bottle in the room was not for free, they asked 3.5 euro for it. I've booked double bed and got 2 beds put together instead.

Price-performance ratio top. The breakfast was fantastic without exception, sometimes better than in many 5+ star hotels

A handicapped accessible room would be desirable. Especially because the conversion costs would definitely not be too high with the existing layout of the flats on the ground floor.

The room was spacious enough for a family with 2yo kid. Breakfast was really good and diverse with, surprise, sparkling wine! Never seen it in Germany before. Many thanks for this detail!Price was a bit high, but during summer season it is inevitable.Location was a bit off from seashore, but not too far from everything you may need.

It was surprising that bath door had no lock and it caused some inconvenience with a small kid. He often tried to open bath door when one of the parents was there.I also wish sauna and pool work longer and not close at 21.00. It also would be nice to have a kettle, at least in the lobby or restaurant so that everyone can make some tea or instant noodles or kid's meal.

The fact that you can’t take your car out of the parking lot after 10pm ?

+ nice breakfast and swimming pool! we went to the wellness area twice at 15pm and 9am, both top clean and with comfy temperature.+ comfort bed and clean room, modern and nice staff+ hotel is not near the beach, but only 10mins walking distance, the city is not very big

- we had the room facing the street, which is very loud if we do not close the window. In the evening without the traffic it’s finally quiet again.- would be better if we can have a refrigerator in the room

Very friendly and helpful personal. Fresh and plentiful selection for the breakfast. Nice and cozy swimming / sauna area. Overall very clean hotel.

Room size was pretty small, on top of it we were there during the weekend when it was 25 degrees C and the room has no ventilation possible, we kept the window open all the time still room always remained hot to have a comfortable sleep, on top of it we got all the road noise because we needed to keep the window open. I asked at the reception if they have a table fan or something for such a situation and they had nothing to offer us. it's such a pity when you pay €160+ per night and the hotel can't even offer you €30-40 fan to have a comfortable sleep on hot summer days.

The hotel was very nice. Staff incredibly nice and always friendly which makes a huge difference, breakfast was super well served with varieties of bread, fruits, cheese, etc and even though they could not offer a normal buffet because if corona they found a way to have a buffet style so you could order all you want which was well organized.Room and facilities super clean every day. And there is a parking space (charged but no reservation needed) which was helpful for us. Also, less than 15 min walk from the beach.

There is no fridge on the room. For us it did not make much of a difference but good to know so no place to store cold drinks for example.

The breakfast was the best! High quality food and great ambiance.
