Hotel Fortuna

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Fortuna. The owner was exceptional and so helpful. We enjoyed the breakfast and beautiful views out our window and balcony.

Fortuna is like a paradise hotel. Not exaggerating. It placed 5 mins from the city centre and has cozy rooms, nice bathrooms, and a beautiful view of the Alp de Suise. The staff was super helpful in suggesting how to commute and what all attractions to catch. Absolutely loved the hotel, the people and the breakfast

The staff was very friendly! The hotel was close to everything. The breakfast had a wide variety to choose from, which was included in the price of the hotel. The water pressure in the shower was great! We arrived a little early so we relaxed on the chaise lounge chairs until it was time to check in.

The location is excellent, very central and convenient for hiking and exploring the area. The staff were really nice and welcoming – special thanks to Rita for her kindness and helpfulness. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay. Would definitely recommend!

It is a location! Easy walk into the square as well as to the cable car to Seceda.

Rita was amazing! Very welcoming and the rooms were very clean with an amazing view. Breakfast was also very enjoyable.

It was centrally located to the town. Everything was clean. The breakfast was excellent. Rita was so kind, personable, and fun!!

The pillows were not very comfortable.

Spacious room. Beautiful view. Close walk to main plaza. Friendly staff. Good nite sleep. Good breakfast. Convenient parking. Came with a bus pass. Walking dstance to lifts. ⁸Would definitely stay again.

Our favorite part of our trip to Italy! Staying at the hotel includes a bus pass for the surrounding area for getting to trailheads and spa access which was perfect after a long day. The included breakfast was also wonderful!

The location is fantastic! Within walking distance of downtown and gondolas, it made for a perfect place to enjoy the town of Ortisei! The hostess was so warm and welcoming! She made us feel like we were right at home!

It was quite warm so AC or ceiling fans would be helpful. There’s also quite a bit of street noise early in the morning.

The breakfast is fantastic. There's fruit, pickled vegetables, bread, yoghurt and a cereal station - something for everyone. The staff are very helpful and friendly. You get access to complementary bus passes and the local spa/sauna/pool. It is a quick walk to the town centre. I would definitely recommend you stay here.

You could hear a bit of noise from other rooms. You have to leave your key when you go out but there weren't any issues and there's a safe in the room.

Perfect location just 1 minute from everything you need including the lifts for the mountains , pubs , and shopping centers , in the middle of the action but still quiet inside where you can relax , read a book and enjoy your food. They offer you free spa tickets in a different property near by which is great for those coming to indulge in relaxation or those finishing a long day of ski with sore legs. I had the perfect room view and balcony where I started my day with a cup of espresso and beautiful scenery. Staff was very welcoming and always smiling - the sisters from Argentina spread smiles and love and make their guests feel at home.

This was an excellent experience. Rita was exceptionally helpful. The location and the breakfast were great. Definitely recommend and will go back.

The beds were not comfy.

Wonderful breakfast with so many amazing choices. One of the best of our whole trip. Room nice and clean. Was cleaned every day. Beautiful view with sitting area. Easy to get around town and very close to all the key places you would want to go. Highly recommend

The hotel description said there is a lift. There is but it does not go to the 4th floor. However staff were helpful getting cases up and down one floor .Our room seemed expensive but everything in Ortisei is very expensive!

Convenient location, terrific view, balcony, built in table and benches, delicious breakfast. They also gave us maps and a bus pass upon check-in.

The boiled eggs need to be cooked longer.
