The rooms could get bot in summer season

A fantastic spot to stay in a beautiful valley! Great quiet apartment with a kitchen and a balcony where we sat each afternoon watching the sun disappear behind the mountains. Extremely welcoming and warm host - Walter is a real gem, as is his daughter! Huge and varied breakfast was delicious. This is a real find - highly recommended!

Perfect!Our stay at this hotel was faultless. Nicely furnished apartments. Room cleaning was absolutely perfect, surpassing even some five star hotels. We were most pleased with the helpful and friendly staff, they advised and helped with everything, nothing was a problem. The location of the accommodation is convenient to both the cable car and restaurants and shops, everything is close at hand. The breakfast was ok, the choice was smaller but sufficient. We will be happy to return and I am glad we made such a good choice.

I had a wonderful stay at your property. It was very nice and conveniently close to the slopes, making it easy to enjoy skiing. The owner was friendly, and the hospitality was exceptional. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place near the ski area.

The location is excellent. 6 min walk for a 55 year old with skis on shoulder to the ski lift, the center is 3 min walk, supermarket, restaurant and pizzeria are across the street. The owner-receptionist was extremely friendly, and has answers to almost all questions and all the necessary information for enjoyable skiing. The suite was really comfortable for wife and me, clean, spacious enough, with all the amenities.

Breakfast could be more varied.

It’s convenient location to the Alpe di Siusi and Seceda cable cars, as well as the bus stop. Very cosy room and great views from the balcony :)

The pillows were rather flat

The hospitality of staff was exceptional. The breakfast had fresh produce which was typically local or homemade. Fresh coffee was made in the morning along with eggs. The room was large and had ample room for suitcases, as well as cupboards to store clothing in. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and views of the surrounding ranges spectacular. The location was fantastic, only a 2 minute walk from the main bus station area and ~5 minute walk to three different lifts. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

Lovely hotel in a great location. We enjoyed a tasty breakfast each morning. The free bus pass and Val Gardena Active perks were great. I'd highly recommend this hotel!

Beds could have been a little comfier

Small but very nice family hotel!Hotel located in the heart of Ortizei- 1 min to the bus station, on the main shopping street.Very helpful stuff. Convenient room with balcony and city view.Tasteful breakfast with interesting local products - we felt love in every detail. Super hotel for hiking- great location and you will have everything to rest after:)We wish - we come here again!

A great hotel for our visit in Ortisei. Friendly staff, very clean rooms and good breakfast with many local produce and fresh coffee. We enjoyed our room with a newly renovated, modern kitchen and bathroom and a beautiful view from the two balconies. Its perfectly located with just a few minutes walk to the lifts, restaurants, bakeries and grocery store.

The bed was too firm for our taste.

Surprisingly the cosmetics were locally produced and smelt just amazing. The place is lovely, welcoming with good breakfast.

Super clean and quiet stay right in the hear of Ortisei. The owner and staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast each morning was great. We will be back again. The hotel is a 2 min walk away from the pedestrian area and 5-7 min away from the Seceda and Alp de Susi cable cars.

We had a really wonderful stay. Our room was comfortable, clean, and relaxing, and it was great to have a balcony. The shared spaces (lobby and breakfast room) were also very pleasant. The breakfast was wonderful - a great variety with tasty, high quality, locally produced food. Location was perfect, especially since we relied on public transportation - right in the middle of town, close to bus stop, shops, restaurants, and gondolas/lifts. The owner and staff were so kind and helpful and nice to chat with as well.

This is very minor, but it would have been nice to have a smart tv so we could watch Netflix in the evenings - there's not a ton to do in the evenings in a small town when it's already dark out and we didn't have a car. (There was a television but as far as I could tell just local channels, nothing in English).
