Hotel Dolomiti Madonna

The location is perfect just close to center and way from any center noise, staff are super friendly, breakfast was simple yet extremely delicious, definitely will stay again if came to Urtijei again.

Nothing, one very slight note is the pillow, caused me neck pain, the cleaning lady helped by changing it but still was stiff and hard.

Check in was smooth and they even got us in early. Room was comfortable but no shower. Wi-Fi not available in the rooms so all planning for the next day needed to be done in the lobby

The room has very thin walls so you can hear the neighbours. Breakfast buffet had no vegetables. The hotel is dated.

Location, dining service, excellent room

Wifi was almost nonexistent in the room and we were only two floors up the lobby. In a 5 floor building. Complained twice but got no resolution. As an international traveller, had to pay my own phone service to get connectivity.

Breakfast was very good. Location is great. Very close to the bus stop, and to downtown, and across the street from a grocery store.

Vegetarian options were not great at dinner. The food was good, but sometimes there was not a vegetarian option on the menu.

They were so nice! They gave recommendations on places to go see and they were great. Along with that one of my friends has a gluten allergy and they accommodated so well by giving her her own separate breakfast. Would definitely recommend!!

Everything was great. Elegant room and place and reasonably priced for the very center of Ortisei. Andreas and staff extremely helpful.

The breakfast was great, cereals, pastries, juices and cooked breakfasts. The location was fantastic, to some amazing restaurants, to the town centre and to access the road in and out of Ortesei. The room was on the 3rd floor, accessible by a lift. the room looked out at the mountains opposite...perfect!

Loved the character of the property and the view fro my our room. Loved the half board option of breakfast and dinner. Food was delicious and restaurant staff fantastic. The location was very good, convenient to everything you need in Ortisei. Free car parking is really good.

Close to the old town, in walking distance. Staff are very friendly and helpful, very good service.

Lovely place in a great location. Easy to access cable cars, buses, and heart of the city. Great breakfast provided.

Not the greatest insulation in the walls. Easy to hear neighbors or people in the halls.

The staff plus the location and the onsite parking - but the main thing was the staff.

You can have dinner at the restaurant belonged to the hotel. Location was good and room was clean. Parking available.

The tub-shower is difficult to manage and a little dangerous given the high step over into tub and no shower curtain, which results in slippery floors. Also breakfast food was pretty basic but loved that it is included and cappuccino was delicious.

We chose the half board option which worked very well for us. We found the accommodation very good and all facilities also very good. We would stay here again.

We didn’t like not having a screen for showering in the bath. It was a little awkward standing up in the bath while showering too.

It was a very good hotel for its price in Ortisei! Location was 10/10, just a 2 minutes walk away from the main bus stop with pharmacies and supermarkets (Conad and Despar) nearby. Food options were plenty as well.Cleanliness was good and I was satisfied with the housekeeping services. The reception staff who is a pair of siblings were wonderful, helpful and kind, so are the restaurant staff. Would definitely come back again as it was well worth the price!
