The location is perfect, the staff is friendly, and the breakfast was delicious!

The breakfast spread was so good every day and the staff was always very helpful. The location couldn’t have been more perfect to explore the town. Very clean and cute.

Our room was on the smaller side, but didn’t bother us much. We were just happy to be there

The breakfast was very good. The location was excellent. Parking cost extra but the charge was reasonable and the garage was right under the hotel so it was easy to get our luggage up to the room. We appreciated having the mini-fridge.

For the price we expected a bit more than the same bottle in the bathroom to wash your body, hands, and to serve as shampoo and conditioner. The bottle was not half full and in one night we were having to step out of the shower to fill up a cup with soap from the bedae. Just expect a standard minimum when paying over 300+ a night. The staff was fantastic.

Wonderful! Clean and tidy. Good location. Friendly and warm staff. They provided us two people guest pass (swimming pool and sauna and bus/train included). Good breakfast. They helped me store my luggage, thank you!

Hotel Maria has made our experience in the Dolomites even better. Super central location, awesome view from the balcony, spacious room, fabulous breakfast and paid parking garage with reasonable price. Staff was very friendly and helpful, especially on the food recommendations - best mountain huts suggestion.

This town is SO unbelievably charming! Truly, favorite town/city we stopped in across 4 countries and several weeks traveling. Hotel Maria is incredibly convenient location-wise and they do have a parking garage (costs extra) but directly attached to the hotel, which made it very easy to get around. The breakfast was also lovely and they actually give you access to a local pool/spa for free, which was a fun surprise! (Just don't forget towels like we did or you'll have to pay a few euros for them)

Hotel Maria was located in the Piazza S Antonio, which is the center of Ortisei. It was two mins from the bus depot, and there was fresh water fountain in the middle of the piazza so we didn’t have to buy bottled water. Hotel Maria’s staff were warm and friendly, and their breakfast was nice and fresh. I enjoyed smoked salmon croissant sandwich every morning along with fresh fruit and cafe macchiato. The hotel provided a free pass to the public transportation, so we didn’t have to pay for the bus between Bolzano and Ortisei, as well as towns nearby. That pass also allowed us to use a swimming pool/sauna facility called “Piscina Mar Dolomit.” The town hosted a live music concert at the piazza, which was very enjoyable, too.

Air conditioning cannot work during our stay, and when we realized it was already after 10 pm. We understand in many Swiss Alps hotels AC is non-existent, but for us we are easy to get hot so really expect AC. Sleep was bad that night.Breakfast overall speaking is ok but doesn’t deserve the comments we saw in the previous remarks. Average supermarket food.

Location, cleanliness, great breakfast

Rooms were stuffy in July. No fans were available. Bathrooms are cramped

Staff was very friendly and kind. Breakfast offering was wonderful, right down to the made to order cappuccino.

Walls are paper thin, we sadly had to hear our neighbors doing their thing. :( Traveling with our son, made this quite uncomfortable. Also, no AC and no fan available in the room. I know it cools down at night but not enough for the current heat and we were there in early June. I can't imagine July and August.

Beautiful hotel, location was right in the main square. The view from our balcony was lovely. Spotless rooms, and great breakfast. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

Unseasonably heat in June made the room very hot, most all hotels in Ortisei do not have ac. Fans could have made a difference, but were not available. We had to leave the windows open thru the night to get any relief. Problem, being, people in the square below, were noisy until 2 am and then starting in the early am, loud trucks. Hard to sleep.
