Pros +
- Position great and the room was really nice!
- Incredible hotel in a fantastic position right in the heart of beautiful Ortisei. The facilities, activities, food and staff were of the highest quality while also making you feel right at home.
- Breakfast was great, one of the best breakfasts I’ve had at a hotel. The location is good, nice and central in the town.
Cons -
- The desserts/cakes none of them were good.
- If you want a quiet room with an outlook you need to pay for a room with a terrace … significantly more. Our room unfortunately was near reception, over looking the car park and very very close to someone practicing the clarinet early in the morning ! Having said that we sent very little time in our room.
- Being able to access a cold pool in the morning would be nice

The most pampering hotel we’ve ever been to, extraordinary spa with lots of leisure areas, excellent food with special chef dishes. The whole staff was so friendly and accommodating. We will definitely come back.
The long drive from Milan airport
The spa, pool, relaxation rooms, lounge areas, restaurant, rooms were excellent. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was top notch. The resort is close to restaurants, shopping, hiking, and trams. We would love to return!
The rooms are spacious, modern, clean and comfortable. We loved having a balcony. The spa is amazing as is the food.
Our balcony was above a cafe so sometimes smelled like smoke from cafe patrons.
Exceptional facilities. Perfect location. Overall an amazing experience. The pools and saunas are really impressive. Great place to stay and relax for holidays.
Staffs at the reception could really improve their friendliness.
The service, rooms, spa facility and food were outstanding.
Nothing, perfect.
Our stay at Adler Spa Resort Dolomiti was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were struck by the serene alpine setting and the resort’s understated elegance. The grounds are immaculate, with breathtaking views of the Dolomites at every turn. The spa facilities are world-class — multiple saunas, steam rooms, and indoor/outdoor pools with panoramic mountain views make it easy to lose track of time. Our room was spacious, quiet, and thoughtfully designed, blending natural materials with modern comfort. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and we woke up each morning to the sound of birds and crisp mountain air.Meals were a highlight: the breakfast buffet is vast and beautifully presented, with everything from fresh fruit and pastries to made-to-order eggs and local specialties. Dinner was equally impressive, with inventive, flavorful dishes and excellent wine pairings — all served by a warm, attentive staff who made us feel genuinely welcome. What truly sets Adler apart is the atmosphere: luxurious yet unpretentious, with every detail carefully considered. Whether we were relaxing in the spa, hiking nearby trails, or enjoying a quiet drink on the terrace, we felt completely at ease.We left feeling renewed and already planning our return. If you’re looking for the perfect mix of nature, luxury, and wellness, this is it.
Nothing to speak of
Great hotel and grounds. Great breakfast. Great location.
The hotel was great - it is Booking.com I have a problem with. I booked a room with a balcony and probably stupidly, assumed it would have a view of the mountains. Instead, we were on the first floor, directly over an entrance to the hotel where people congregated to smoke. Our "view" was of a courtyard and if we craned our necks, some hills. This is not the first time this has happened to me (i.e. a not-very-clear description of the room) and next time, I will book directly with the property.
The service was amazing, the hotel was clean and well-maintained, the spa was excellent – a truly high-end experience.
Everything was great
Staff all excellent and friendlyRoom was very large and cleanFacilities are beautifulIncredible pool area with amazing view of mountainsAmazing location easy to access Alpe di Siusi and SecedaDelicious breakfast and dinnerLots of available activities
Beds and pillows were not up to the standard of comfort you would expect. The temperature in the room was fine because it was cool at night, but during the summer I would imagine the lack of AC to be a problem. Also even if there is no need for AC, a fan or something with airflow in the room would be helpful.
The location was outstanding. It was very convenient to some of the lifts. The breakfast buffet was varied and excellent. The room was large, updated and very clean. We used the spa pools and they were very nice. I also had a massage and that was great as well.
We didn’t want to leave. The spa was hands-down the best I’ve ever experienced—luxurious, serene, and packed with features. Lovely views of the green and snow capped mountains from the warm saltwater pool. The breakfast buffet was large, offering everything from fresh pastries and made-to-order omelets to fruits and local specialties, catering to every palate. The bar was leathery and cozy, just what you want a hotel bar to look like. Excellent cocktails and aperitivo snacks. The room was great. The comfy bed made it hard to get up in the morning. The shower was a dream, with powerful water pressure and a spacious, modern design. Parking was a breeze, with ample space and easy access, which made my stay stress-free. The staff were genuinely warm and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure every need was met with a smile. This hotel nailed every detail, making it an unforgettable stay.
Beautiful setting. Great staff. Amazing food. Ordered
Almost nothing
its a bucket list hotel, the spa is unique, dolomites view and scenery, visited during Nov so Urtisei was a bit empty and everything closed but that gives you more time for spa or driving around exploring the area. The village itself is very beautiful. Breakfast and dinner simply 5star. All staff polite and happy.
The views, the service, the quality, everything!
The bar staff was less friendly but the service was still quick.
Superb
The sheets in our bedroom could have been changed. We stayed for 4 nights but the bed sheets were not changed.
Wow, we loved every part, the best hotel we’ve ever stayed at. The rooms are beautiful. The breakfast and dinners are amazing- I would recommend that everyone eat both meals daily with the restaurant. The staff was incredible. The spa- no words! Other worldly! The location is perfect, easy to access so many hikes. Can’t wait to go back.
It is in the Centre of St.Ulrich at 1250 Meter above Sealevel and several lifts will bring you directly to the top of the mountains. The Hotel is first class in all aspects, from food to massages and even medical treatment.
After 10 days we didn’t find anything
