Location and hidden unreasoabke charges

We were there on a ski vacation.Location: close to Seceda and Resciesa cable cars (few min walking) so you can do skiing without using car or public transport.Apartment: it is a spacious apartment (we were in apartment B), with a large bedroom and living room/kitchen. As it was on ground floor, it had also an entrance from the small yard in front of the house, with a nice view.There is an underground parking garage, connected to a ski room where you can leave your equipment.

Sparkling clean! Comfy bed and great windows! Property has an amazing view and location, walking distance to anything in town. Loved having use of washer and dryer but be AWARE that the dryer takes a LONG time to dry, so plan ahead! Would stay here next time we return! Thank you so much!

Spacious, good facilities. Near city centre and cable car to SECEDA and ALP DE SUISE. The View is great .

The location is good

1. The internet is very bad!2. There is a lack of lighting in the apartment, especially in the kitchen area.3. Very expensive for it offers

Beautiful view and very helpful and patient owner. On-site laundry was a great help as was being allowed to stow our luggage in the ski room after checkout while we waited for our transportation. It's also a short walk to the Seceda gondola and the funicular. There is also an escalator from near Antonius Platz to Seceda, from which it is uphill to the location. There's also a very nice kitchenette.

Beds weren't the most comfortable but I've had worse.

The location of the apartment is a perfect base to explore West side of Dolomites. Ortisei is a lovely charming town and within walkable distance from the apartment. You can basically see the cable cars to Seceda and Alpe di Siusi from the window of the apartment. I would recommend to take Super summer card if you are visiting in summer for hiking and would recommend to visit Sass Pordoi, Cinque Torri, Marmolada, Tofana (all these with cable car) Tre Cime and Pragser Wildsee (no cable car but reserve parking). Of course you must visit Seceda, Alp di Siusi and also there is a nice 20 mins walk from the apartment to Val d'Anna Hütte with a nice playground on the way.Regarding the apartment it waa very comfortable for 5 of us including 2 kids. The beds were nice for a good sleep. It has almost all amenities including a small kitchenette (including microwave and a small fridge). Beds were made and towels were changed once during our 7 day stay.The backyard/ garden is very soothing with lovely view of the mountains. As a host Nadia is excellent, she is living in the same building and was available for any queries. She even set up the table tennis for us to play.There is underground garage where you can park, although you need to be able to handle sharp maneuvers, for our large car we were even offered a place outside nearby which was very kind of Nadia.Washing and drying machine was included and was helpful for longer stay.

Only recommendation would be to have some fans available for the rooms to keep cool during summer months.

Pleasant. The excessive warmth and lack of blankets would improve the stay significantly.

The room was very warm downstairs with no heater control. Bedding was very clean however just one blanket was provided for each bed, no sheets and only one pillow. The blanket was too short to cover my feet and shoulders at the same time.

The tub wouldn’t plug fully so it would drain when you tried to take a bath.

The view is incredible! The apartment was clean and the staff were super nice.

The location and the view were nice. We had a nice outdoor seating area. The apartment had all it needed, but is becoming outdated on the inside. There was a garage for the car.

The bathrooms need to be refurbished.

No one told us about the escalators from the village. We dragged our bags up the very long steep hill. Would have been good to know beforehand.

Location of the apartment is perfect, so close to get into town. Nadia was a lovely host and so friendly. The washing facilities are a big bonus

The ‘sofa bed’ is not a bed, it’s just a sofa with sheets on. It’s small and uncomfortable, especially if sleeping on it for a few nights. Would have been nice to get towels changed after a couple days too.
