Everything. Central location, amazing staff, breakfast is excellent and the rooms are comfortable.

Location, location, location! The main bus stop was out front of Hotel Garni, and both gondolas (to Seceda and to Alpe de Siusi) were a very short walk away. Ortisei is a beautiful little town and Hotel Garni is right in the middle.Staff was friendly and helpful and breakfast was wonderful.

Location, location, location! Perfect for access to Seceda and many other hiking adventures.

Rooms could use some love and beds weren’t great but location was wonderful.

Perfect location, just 2 mins walk to the cable car which is going up to Alpe di Siusi. Very friendly staff, great breakfast with big spread and lots of fresh fruits

Perfect location very close and I mean walking distance to bus station, chairlifts and centre of town. Room was spacious, spotless and well appointed. The breakfast was outstanding with great variety and excellent coffee. All the staff were so pleasant snd obliging. We would highly recommend these premises and we would definitely stay there again

The hotel is in the center of town, with very easy access to transportation. The staff were very helpful and took time to answer our questions about the town and the hiking options with the cable lifts. The hotel was clean, and the breakfast was good.

The underground parking spaces are extremely narrow, which made me a little nervous about the rental car. However, nothing bad happened while it was parked there.

We wish front desk personnel were a little more knowledgeable and provided tips for places to visit, hikes to take, etc, when asked.

Great location. Across from the bus station. Our room was on the back side and the road was noisy which is not a problem if the window was shut, but we had to keep it open otherwise it got too hot.

Location was very convenient to main town center and cable car to Alpe di Siusi. Hotel is historic and well kept.Reception and staff were very helpful and friendly. Room was neat and clean and had a pretty view of the mountainside.Breakfast was well presented and delicious with several fresh bakery selections.

Room was very comfortable but no curtains on main window so we had early wake up for summer time.Bed was also quite firm. Parking needed directions to locate/find but it was close to hotel and not so expensive.

This was an excellent experience! I had a great room with a very comfortable bed, the hotel offers a delicious breakfast, and it's location is perfect. Easy to get to the two main gondola trips, walking around town is a pleasure, it was all in all a fantastic stay. The staff, in particular the Breakfast staff, was extremely pleasant. Highly recommend!

Room and bathroom was updated and extremely clean! Excellent location right in the city center. Do note that the parking is a bit of a walk so make sure you unload your luggage in front of the hotel then park your car. Parking was very affordable. Windows of the rooms open up to restaurant downstairs and the noise does travel upwards, so if you are a light sleeper might not be ideal. Bathroom has all amenities so no need to bring your own

Great & unbeatable location ! The host is great & so is the breakfast- Wd definitely return to this hotel but wd prefer to be on the mountain side view room instead of the street view !

Fabulous location near the Seceda and Alpe di Siusi cable cars. Terrific breakfast with attentive servers. Thoughtful man at the front desk who brought orange water to my daughter and me on a hot day while we were reading on the deck.

Clean rooms, nice breakfast. Excellent location for exploring Dolomites area. It’s a little noisy though. However still

All was great, breakfast in the morning was very good. I would have liked instant coffee, tea and creamer in the room for early mornings or evenings. Everything else was very good!
