Classic Hotel Am Stetteneck

With walking distance to the cable car for Secada. It is not far from the bus stop and very convenient to travel around the area by bus. Hotel is very classy. The temperature and humidity inside the room is perfect. Staff is very friendly. Highly recommended.

Perfect location, wonderfully professional and friendly staff, and excellent hotel dining room for breakfast and dinner. Hotel pool and spa were an extra bonus that we really enjoyed.

Floor threshold between bedroom and wardrobe area was not smooth and was a tripping hazard, and bathroom could use a little bit of updating as bathtub was very deep and a bit difficult to step in and out of for a shower.

I loved this charming hotel and the excellent service that we received. I booked the half board that included breakfast and dinner; they were exceptional! The spa area with pool provided the relaxation that we wanted after a day of exploring the sites. We were able to park at the hotel for 17 Euros per day. The location was excellent for using the lifts from city center,

Excellent location right at the beginning of the downtown pedestrian area. Short walking distance to the funivie to Seceda and Alpe di Suisi and the funicolare Resciesa. Very friendly and helpful staff both at the reception and restaurant. Amazing services esp. provision of Sudtirol guess pass before arrival (which was really handy for taking the bus from Bolzano to Ortisie) and flexibility of allowing check-in well before the advertised time - we were checked in before 12am). Great food for breakfast and dinner. Wish could have stayed longer.

Hotel reception made a quite inconvenient welcome in spite of me informing them I have motion sickness and nauseated.

It was convenient to the cable cars. The meals were excellent and the servers very attentive. The room was spacious.There were free guided hikes and tours that we didn’t take advantage of but could have.

There was no heat and no thermostat. We were cold in the mornings especially in our bathroom. Also, it was quite a slog up the hill with suitcases to the hotel from the bus stop

Classic historic property smack dab in the middle of town, exceptional breakfast & waitstaff. Cozy historic vibes.

Great location, close to cable stations to Seceda and Alpe di Siusi. The dinner and breakfast is good as well.

The size of the room was great and the room was really clean.

The bed wasn't comfortable and the noise from the bars was really loud until 2:15am every night.

Everyone was kind and helpful. It’s centrally located in Ortisei and near the Alpe di Siusi funicular. The room was spacious and had a wonderful balcony. We were on the fourth floor and it was very quiet. The breakfast and dinner facilities were great and the staff were very friendly.

The temperature was a bit cool in the room, and there wasn’t a thermostat. We were told that the temperature was controlled centrally. It got a little warmer later on when the temperature was turned up.

Property location is very central and has easy access to the local shops / restaurants. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Hotel Classic am Stetteneck in Ortisei. From the start, the communication with the staff was excellent—they were always kind, attentive, and ready to assist. The hotel’s location is unbeatable, right in the heart of Ortisei and close to the Seceda and Alpe di Siusi cable cars, making it perfect for skiing and exploring the Dolomites.The breakfast was another highlight—delicious, varied, and a great way to start a day . Every detail of my stay exceeded expectations, and we can’t recommend this place enough for anyone looking to enjoy the beauty and charm of Ortisei.

There was a warm welcome at the reception and we got upgraded,, everything was excellent and extraordinary ,, the place is heart melting.. Ieverything was more than perfect from service, location , staff and cleaning ,, it is really worth every penny.. we departed with a jar of honey, hospitality from the amazing hotel

The location was convenient to everything we wanted to do. The meals were very good. The staff was friendly and very helpful with all of our requests. The lobby lounge was a great place to relax and play cards.
