This hotel and it's staff were great. Very friendly and supportive. It's close to the ski resort we planned on skiing at and there is free transport to and from the slopes. Call them directly for the best price.

Fantastic stay at ApartHotel RIALB! Our apartment was clean, peaceful, and well-equipped, with a private terrace that was great for our dog. The host was very helpful, and the location near hiking trails with easy car access made it even better.

Poor decoration, lack of warmth in an apartment.

Friendly staff, clean, easy access. Ideal location for walking - great routes on your doorstep. Spacious apartment with everything you need in summer or winter (Ski)

Bins for managing the rubbish and recycling- Although the staff managed this for us. There was no mop or spray cleaner for surfaces. Accidents happen to everyone- a broken bottle of cava was really tough to clean up at night.Toilet roll quality could be better too.

Very nice hotel. Chic. Parking is a nightmare in Andorra but this hotel has plenty of parking. The champagne breakfast was absolutely superb.

i was not overly impressed by El Serrat, it was pretty dead out of ski season.

The owners are some of the most pleasant people we have ever met, which gave our stay the right tone from the start. Our apartment had everything you need to live, make your own food, and so on. The view from our stay way also very nice, with a cute creek running just behind the house and mountains all around. It was very easy to get to lots of beautiful outdoor places from the apartment (mountains, ski resorts & lookouts, national parks, sightseeing), although there were plenty of walks directly from the property. We would absolutely stay there again.

We had an apartment just above the apartments that get a little garden area on the ground floor and had smokers staying right below us during our stay. That meant that cigarette smoke got into our apartment quite regularly and we couldn't keep the windows open for extended periods of time.

Good hotel, with very frendly personal. Just 10 minuts from ski lifts by the car.

Very restrictet rules about dogs, you cant leav dog at the hotel.

Perfect location to ski in Ordino, Gil was extremely friendly and gave us great advice about where to eat in Ordino and tips on what to do and visit. The place is excellent, easy to park at the main entrance and the private car park. The apartments are large, clean, and new, with functional tv and good wifi. All items required to cook, great heating. Comfy mattresses, I was positively surprised with the bunk bed, as it had proper mattresses and a very good pillow. It will be my to-go place from now onwards when visiting Andorra.

The location is great, with amazing views of the mountains, it’s also very quiet. The room is fully equipped and very clean.

Quiet and cozy apartment with great location. There is a waterfall near the hotel and the small garden where you can rest. You can order tasty continental breakfast in the restaurant or you can cook at the kitchen in your apartment. Gil sent us many good roots for hiking, but we only managed to visit two of them. So we will definitely be back.

Everything was great. We came to enjoy the nature, not to find flaws

The location is wonderful. Within a short car trip there are mountains and lakes. The hiking Lake trail (Nou trail) is a pleasure to do, and can be combined with a chairlift journey and a lunch/dinner in restaurant LaComa. The capital Andorra la Vella is within 20 minutes ride.The hotel is easy to find, the hosts are extremely friendly and helpful. Rooms look over mountains and a river, it is quiet and beautiful. It is worthwhile to take a room with a terrace, but also more budget accommodations without balcony are fine.

The bathroom was rather outdated, the sink was clogged.

Great location for skiing in Arcalis, on the way to the ski area. Apartments are spacious, comfortable for the entire family and very well equipped in general. We even had direct access to garden, which the kids loved, and the nearby creek and bridge are nice to just take a short walk.

Bed was not very comfortable, especially for my wife; more and better quality toiler paper would help; wifi had some random coverage issues

Good breakfast. Comfortable and clean appartment. Great location.

The bar could have been open more time, not only for brakfast.

Quite a spacious apartment in a very quiet part of Andorra.

We liked everything and Gil was very helpful and very kind. If we ever come again to Andorra for sure we will choose the same place to stay.
