    Pros +

    • Really nice and quite
    • Facilities and cleanness Very quiet.Access to principal roads
    • First off, the room itself was fabulous with a large bed and also a sofa as well as the mini-kitchen facilities, and a nice deck with chairs for sitting outside although for much of our visit we had rain. Also the path to the pool and spa were easily accessible. The spa facilities themselves were fabulous, with a large heated pool, a nice hot sauna and a Turkish bath that was amazing.I also treated myself to a Jacuzzi and a nice massage both of which were perfect for me.Breakfast is in the main restaurant. We took the opportunity to explore the area walking and scootering about. The nearby town is quaint with some lovely restaurants and really interesting features like the old Roman bridge that is still in use to this day.We also had dinner one night in the restaurant and it was delicious.

    Cons -

    • When the cleaners came they shut off the AC every time. 1. It’s too hot 2. We bought food like butter and chocolate and we had keep it in coolers.
    • At restaurant the menu is always same.If staying longer is not an option eat daily same foodsince no much varieties. There is a restaurant close but food are same.Maybe I suggest that add some different meats since facilities are excellent and (chefs) are professionals
    • I was a little disappointed with breakfast because the options were somewhat limited as it was more of an off season in early December. I would have liked more hot food and protein. Nevertheless there are a plethora of breaded items and pastries (I indulged in too many of these) with juice and fruit and a variety of kinds of milk. Unfortunately the coffee machine was broken

Great location. Beautiful grounds. Fabulous view from Restaurant. Staff all very good, especially Ines who rang before our arrival to make alternative arrangements as their restaurant was shut. Good outdoor pool. Nice balcony ti apartment

Restaurant food not well cooked and very oily even by standards of this part of the world. Decided to eat out despite dinner being included. Charging guests €2.50 for towel if using spa. Never encountered this elsewhere

Very nice and clean rooms(stayed in a 2-bedroom villa). Good breakfast.

The indoor swimming pool was a bit overcrowded.

Very wonderful small apartment, restaurant, bar, and spa facilities were wonderful. A relaxing and satisfying mini-vacation.

Well-preserved outdoor space, comfortable and spacious place, great breakfast and staff. In terms of location, it is also super close to many lovely places to visit.Outdoor and indoor swimming pools are also very good, especially for families with kids!

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment was spacious and well-equipped. The breakfast was very excellent with a variety of different foods and drinks. We also spent some time in the pool which was well-sized for the number of guests.

Unfortunately the guests next door had a young baby which we could hear quite well through the wall, early morning

Area surrounded, location, restaurant view is very nice!

The pool at SPA, high level of chlorine in the water which evaporates with the sun shines and irritates breathing. Suggest installing better air extraction.

To explore the region, this is a good spot. We think this resort is appropriate for families with small children. There are nice pools.

As company of adults, the name and description of the Resort didn't match with what we expected. The beds aren't very comfortable. The spa is small and there is not much steam in the steam bath. The vila isn't a vila but a bungalow. The bathroom is quiet small and the shower went out of warm water after the second person showered. For families with small children this is a good place, but less for a family of 4 adults. The restaurant closes at 7.30 which is very early for Spain in the summer.

    Comfortable, great facilities, good breakfast

Bar staff poorly trained, service below the expectations. Restaurant could be available longer, no good option of food out of dinner. Bar food horrible and expensive, frozen pizzas for 9€.

Beautiful 2-storey apartment in a lovely setting. Everything was squeaky clean. Breakfast was really good. The bed was comfy too.

The shower cubicle leaked a little, but it wasn't a big deal.

Nice location, good breakfast buffet, big pool with sunbeds and umbrellas , goid spa, clean bungalow, good terrace, restaurant and bar with view on nature and village.

Little privacy because bungalows are located close to each other. Nature view is not present but is artificial more a bungalow park.

Amazing little gem beautifully done! Very family friendly with endless fun for young kids Along with a very catering staff! It was quiet, accommodating, and tons of thought was put into the nature details on site!

honestly I cannot complain about anything. I believe the staff ramp up was occurring during our stay (shoulder season) so there was some difficulty with information at times but they were always super quick to find someone to help.

    disappointing

We had a very disappointing experience. One of the main reasons for our choice on the hotel was to use the pool and the sauna, but we were disappointed as they switch it off earlier than the usual announced closing time (to save on electricity probably). When calling the night shift receptionist and asked him to check he said that it is probably one of the clients who left the door opened but after showing him that the sauna isn't turned on he came with the excuse that he feel it warm enough and added in an arrogant way that that's how the sauna are usually are. (I leave you a photo of the temperature of the sauna so you judge by yourself) The attitude was disappointing seriously. The hotel tried to catch up after our complaint and offered a free massage for our next booking in the hotel which we are not going to benefit from since we are not planning to come back again. It's regrettable that a lack of tact from the staff can ruin a customer experience.

clean; sauna, and Turkish steam bath were great.

Great pool. Good playground for kids. Clean and comfortable room.

Poor toilet light, no mirror light at all. Toilet without heating/ air conditioning. No reading light on the 2nd room. This time I felt the breakfast was poorer, no hot water for tea, no cold milk…
