Ibis Styles Les Sables d'Olonne

room was very clean and tidy. Shower was excellent. Free tea and coffee throughout our stay. Breakfast was good.

A little nearer the old town would have been much better

Clean hotel with all facilities needed for overnight stay

Staff tried to take payment for my stay 2 hours before I arrived. I arrived at 5pm and paid as per my agreement with booking.com.

Big spacious family room, comfy beds, clean bathroom/toilet. Lovely breakfast.

A little far out from the centre but for a one night stay it was perfect.

Excellent facilities, staff very friendly, great breakfast & very clean

No complaints. Away from the town but I liked that it was quiet. Would definitely need to have a car to travel from hill as it’s in a retail park.

Good location for us as we’re going to a wedding. There’s also plenty of free parking, whereas I town you have to pay. The bed was very comfortable. Croissants, pain au chocolat, fresh bread, pastries and continental meats and cheese at breakfast were tasty

The toilet and shower are separate to each other, but I suppose this is very much a French thing.

Clean, quiet, welcoming staff and great breakfast

Practical, clean and comfortable accommodation. Bright decor. Lots of choice at the buffet breakfast. The location provided safe, free parking and it was easy to reach the sea front or the countryside.

It was basic but had everything we needed with very friendly staff and a great breakfast!

The hotel was very clean and comfortable with welcoming helpful staff.

Could not find any faults.

Everything is clean and well-organised in this hotel. The rooms are well laid out with a nice bathroom and separate toilet. A lovely breakfast buffet is set out each morning with everything you need for an excellent start to the day. There is a small bar with two types of beer on draught and a good selection of bottled beers. You can help yourself to hot drinks at any time. There is free unlimited Wi-Fi which is easy to connect to. The staff are happy to assist and are helpful to non-French speakers like me!

I can't think of anything as everything was to my satisfaction.

The decor, the separate toilet, the excellent included breakfast.

The lighting in the bedroom could have been a bit brighter.

Poor performance of personnel

Really disappointed and won’t come backI don’t recommend it.I asked for a taxi reservation the day before to leave, during this period ,they were unable to book a taxi and also they did not inform me of this until I came to the front desk at 0600 AM for going to the train station with all my bags. They didn’t know taxi working hours, availability etc, indeed nothing about local taxi.I needed to run 3km to the train station with all my luggage.personnel performance really poor and they didn’t speak basic english.
