Good breakfast. Great view. Attentive staff

The view was great. Nobody was there so it was nice and quiet.Having a balcony was great, but it was a mess. It looked like it hasn’t been maintained in years! Boards falling off the benches, etc.

See above about the balcony. There was a steam shower that didn’t function. The shower head leaked. The shower door more than leaked leading to the bathroom being flooded and the staff seeming indifferent to it all. The light switches include a circuit breaker for the fridge and other lights that when accidentally switched need to be reset by the hotel maintenance staff. The hotel is simply dates, in disarray and definitely not worth of the 340 Euros per night that we paid. Big disappointment for my 25th wedding anniversary trip!

This used to be a beautiful hotel which is currently rundown . The staff tried very hard to make up for all deficiencies such no WiFi or not working refrigerator. They upgraded our room. The room was very nice, but we paid a lot of many for this hotel, which presents itself as a 5 star property, but it is far away from from this rating. Very sad!

The view was spectacular The staff at the sister hotel was very nice.

It looked like lt was breaking down or ready for sale. No wifi. They don’t provide you with water. The bedspread was white and had blood stains on it. Everything felt cheap compared to all the other hotels we went to throughout Greece but the price was very high

Great location and comfortable rooms

When my husband tried to have a bath the plug wouldn’t undo and when we finally managed to get it off the floor flooded from the drain hole as well as the electrically powered hydro massage switching on by itself. We were given a new room and the toilet cistern stopped working after two flushes resulting in us not sleeping the second night because water was constantly running in the toilet.NOT IMPRESSED with their plumbing arrangements

Location was very good, close to old town and overlooking the water. The room was spacious with balcony. Staff were very friendly & helpful. Breakfast was good.

The property is located in a good spot close to all to walk. No need a car unless you want to go to the beach and explore. The hotel was nice and comfortable. Might need few upgrades. The breakfast so of to good. The staff were all nice and respectful and accommodating.

Rooms dusty, old, no mattress protector, just thin sheet over old mattress. My dust allergies went way up high. No hairdryer, no kettle.Very poor breakfast . N

The hotel was lovely, amazing view. The staff were very helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable.

We had a long day at a sports event and got back to the hotel and was hoping to have a snack and rest in the room but there were no amenities for this as the kitchen was closed. It was not very late and therefore we were surprised. The only other option was the restaurant which I'm sure would have been lovely but we decided to pick something up outside to eat on our balcony instead.

Location, facility and staff friendly.

Parking situation no valet parking when they have events like weddings and hotel guests have to drive to opposite end of hotel to shuttle back. Not guest friendly and inconvenient!

On the room's booking page on booking.com there was a mention of "free parking" or "free on site parking" (can't remember the exact wording but it clearly conveyed the message that there was private space for residents)... which was the reason i initially choose to stay here over some other place... and which unfortunately upon arrival was informed was not true.

The location was amazing, the view from the bedroom too!! And I also loved the pillows!

Parking the car was a nightmare. The hotelStaff suggested we park in the parking of a “sister hotel”…scary experience. Deserted dark place.
