Friendly and helpful staff

Everything was great. Only thing I would suggest someone that has difficulty walking up stairs should not stay at the hotel. There are many stairs to walk before you reach the entrance.

We loved our stay here. The hotel is in an excellent location and the staff are all so kind! We booked a room with a patio and it was perfect. I would recommend staying here.

Amazing stay! Five star accommodations at three star prices. Beautiful historic inn in the heart of town. Room was huge with both sea and city views. Staff went out of their way to make this stay wonderful and the included breakfast was the best I've had in years. Huge helpings, great variety, and most important, Momma's homemade deserts! We will be back!

Nothing, great place.

We stayed 8 nights and absolutely loved the location, everything was within walking distance, and there were plenty of great restaurants nearby. The hotel was spotless, and the staff were exceptionally kind and helpful. Breakfast was lovely, and being able to enjoy it outside on the patio in front of the hotel made our mornings even more special.

Nothing in particular, everything met our expectations.

Our stay exceeded our expectations. We had a Jr. Suite room, which was on the top floor, in the corner -- great views. Historic Nafplio is relatively small and walkable, so I don't know if there's a bad location. But the location of this hotel was excellent. The room was very comfortable, modern, and clean. The bathroom was also modern, clean, layed out well, and very comfortable. The staff were all friendly, professional, and very responsive. We would happily stay here again, without hesitation. Breakfast was included, and it was a much better than typical -- great quality, excellent presentation, good above-average variety.

We liked everything about this hotel.

The staff were very helpful with recommendations. The hotel is clean and well maintained. It is situated beneath the ancient fort and the windows open out to views of the old town and the port.

Not the hotel’s fault but might be useful information - the steps under our window seemed to be the meeting place for the town’s youth late at night. Also keep in mind you have to carry your luggage up a set of steps to the entrance.

See other review. We had to book two different rooms rooms due to one room not being available for the entire duration. The staff took care of moving everything for us.

Beautifully renovated hotel, spacious rooms, perfect location in Nafplio!

The sound proofing between rooms could have been better, we could always hear what was happening in the hallways and the courtyard outside very easily.

The room was very clean and The staff was friendly, and accommodating. The location was great, Walking distance to restaurants and shops. There was also a nice breakfast selection.

The place was perfectly located for parking or staying in town. We loved the staff so much - all were so helpful - Helen, Marina, Athanassios (sp?). We loved our stay.

This is a world class hotel in the heart of old town Nafplio. It’s a late 17th century building recently renovated yet preserving the old traditional charm. Exceptionally well done. Anasathios and his staff were incredible in their hospitality and service—just outstanding kindness shown to my family of six. The rooms (we had two) were beautifully appointed) and the breakfasts wonderful. They happily accommodated a late change in our reservations, helped with luggage, parking and local knowledge that made this two night stay one of our very best in several trips to Greece! Thank you for your wonderful hospitality!

Lovely hotel in the historical heart of the city, and built on the core of a very old structure (completely updated, of course). Close to many cafes and shops and an easy walk to the beach.

Beautiful place to stay! Such a relaxing and picturesque hotel, right in the heart of old town. They had a wonderful breakfast, the staff were so friendly, and the beds were comfortable too!

That we didn’t book our stay for longer! We wish we had stayed for a whole week instead of only 3 nights!!
