Pros +
- Alexandra (host) was lovely! It’s a short five minute drive to old town Nafplio.
- The woman who runs the hotel is WONDERFUL! She is very sweet and accommodating.
- Great place to stay in Nafplio, nice room and Alexandra was very friendly and helpful.
Cons -
- The air conditioning turns on, but does not cool the room. Fans would be a welcome addition and a relief with the intense heat (esp in new Nafplio where there is no shade). New Nafplio is also quite noisy and you can expect loud music and vehicles most of the evening and into the night.
- Napflio is a wonderful town, and I personally say it's a must-see. In spite of the hotel being described as being near the town center, it's nowhere near where you want to be. You'll have to drive or take a taxi. The rooms were overpriced. We paid 400 euros for two rooms through the Booking.com site. Way too much as the rooms are bareboned. Im sure if you went to the hotel directly, it would be cheaper. The rooms should be 50 euros, max! Street parking only.

Adorable owner, really doing a lot to help. Simple yet convenient and confortable room.
Hotel was great! I had hot water throughout my stay, and Alex welcomed us with a coffee and tea. She was extremely kind and accommodating. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay, and I highly recommend the hotel!
The effort of a kind and sweet lady that is trying to run the whole business.
There is no warm water the whole day. The bath space is tiny and in general some key elements have poor quality.
Comfortable room with balcony, polite staff
Do Not Be Fooled by the Exterior Photos! The exterior pictures might look decent, but don't be fooled. Inside, it's a completely different story. The building is extremely outdated and poorly maintained. The bathroom was downright awful — the sink didn’t even have a proper drain, and the door had pieces falling off from the bottom. The furniture looks like it hasn’t been updated in decades, worn and uncomfortable. Overall, it feels like they haven’t made any improvements in years. I would not recommend staying here.
Our hostess, Alexandria, was so lovely. And multi- lingual. She offered Greek coffee, gave us frozen water and fruit for our onward journey as well as cold water on arrival. The room was very clean. Comfy bed. Nice balcony. Quiet. Good shower and air-conditioning. Location was convenient, and there was parking on the street directly beneath our balcony. I would thoroughly recommend for a couple of nights in Nafplio.
It is near centre, clean and nice.
Near big road, so whole night there is noise from road and is hard to sleep.
The staff was very helpful and accommodating, the room was very clean.
The shower was very small & hard to maneuver.
The staff was really kind and helped us with everything we need. They even offered us a delicious greek coffee the following morning and cold water for our trip.
Nice small hotel, close to the city center. Owner is very kind. She take her time, to explain to us everything what is important to se in town. She sugest us local restaurant with great food.
The staff was excellent and extremely welcoming. Showed us our rooms and was very helpful.
The air conditioning in one of the rooms had dirty filters and we had dust going out while we were using it.
The Hotel was situated close to restaurants, bars and beaches. The owner Alexandria was extremely sweet and greeted us with fresh fruits and a friendly smile. Would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling in Nafplio.
17 -20 min walking distance from the center.
Very expensive for what it offers. No elevator, small rooms, lights out of order, very basic accommodation for 150euros per night. totally not worth it.
The location
It was not so clean, I saw some hairs in the bathroom, in the fridge we found a half-eaten box of ice cream, it was very hot in the room and the air conditioning was working for 2 hours to make it cooler. No ashtray. Synthetic sheets on the bed. It’s difficult to understand how to use soap in the shower, I tried and it fell down.
We had a nice room with big balcony and a view to castle. Good value for money and was enough for short stay. Very welcoming hosts, speaking English.
They should think about smell issues in the bathroom.
The room and the whole hotel was dirty, filthy, there was no warm water during the day. Warm water we were told was available for 2 hours in the afternonon. No one around to talk to. Requested an invoice and they told us to write it ourselves. Booking.com should re examine having listed this hotel for peopel to book.
A very convenient place right next to the center of Nafplion. Everything needed nearby, including some great food options. The host Alexandra is super friendly and will tell you many stories. It was a rare find in Nafplion for the combination of the convenience, comfort and value for money.
