The hotel was exceptional. The staff consistently demonstrated kindness and a high level of accommodation. The breakfast provided was excellent, and the location was equally outstanding. Although we visited during the winter season, we nevertheless had a thoroughly enjoyable experience.

Great location right in center of Nafplio. The rooms are quiet and well insulated and beautifully decorated. We loved the breakfast to order delivered in the room. A boutique experience for a reasonable price.

Great location for shops, restaurants and the harbor. Staff was professional and friendly, happy to help with suggestions for sites and restaurants. The breakfast selection was excellent.

Amazing location, clean rooms and bathroom. They provide decent toiletries. Staff very helpful and friendly. Lots of food for breakfast though you have to pay for a hot one.

A bit sterile, especially the eating area. Also no lounge or place to hang out.

The Location was amazing, right in the center of downtown. The Breakfast was larger and better than we expected, and we recommend this to anyone.

There were no warm blankets. No possibility to heat the room. The air condition was set to cold and couldn’t be changed

Roma people (i.e. gypsies) camped outside & living in and off the town square every day.

Very clean with amazing bed and linens. Everything from the walls and windows to the caulking and housekeeping was top notch. At some places there’s something that might gross you out like a hair on the sink or a dirty faucet handle but none of that happened here.The staff was amazing and breakfast was quality. The location is very central. Just an overall quality experience.

The room was small, but it was cozy and had no wasted space.

Having to pre-order every single breakfast item the evening before, including the drinks- i didn’t love it, but i guess there’s no kitchen on site. Having to also commit to a specific time for breakfast was taking it too far in my “book of vacation freedoms”. While the breakfast itself was good, in retrospect i would just book without it, if possible.

Absolutely gorgeous excellent location, staff and breakfast. Would certainly highly recommend and stay again.

For me shower was a bit slippy. Used Face Cloths as Snow Shoes was perfectly safe.

Brand new hotel tastefully decorated with an excellent location right in the center of Nafplio. Excellent staff and attention to detail. Driving to the hotel a bit challenging as you need to navigate busy streets in the old town, easier to leave car at public parking by the port and walk to hotel.0

Fantastic location for exploring Nafplio. Rooms were comfortable and the daily breakfast on the balcony very special

We were at the hotel over Greek Orthodox… Easter- it would have been useful to know what the restrictions and customs were as we felt we missed a lot and were not sure when to expect restaurants to be closed

The staff were really helpful. The rooms were also modern and elegantly furnished. As a nice bonus, the entire hotel smelt amazing!

The hospitality at Epoch House is truly exceptional with extremely friendly and helpful staff who go out of their way to take care of guests. The property itself is cute little BnB, newly furnished, neat and spotless. The room has all the standard amenities of a hotel and a selection of wines (for extra charge) which is a nice touch. Breakfast choices are vast although geared more to continental style with the option of a boiled egg, cold cuts, meats, fruit, pies, cakes and more served either in-room or at a common lounge on the first floor. The presence of an elevator is a bonus for elderly guests. It is very strategically located in the heart of town on a flat, accessible site which can be serviced by taxis if required and a short walk away from the marina and promenade. Despite its central location, it had a peaceful and quiet ambience. Rear facing balconies don't have great views but the luxury of being able to sit outside and have a bit of privacy is still very nice.The property also sells local produce - marmalade, jams, wine and olive oil which are top class.Highly recommend and once again a big thank you to the staff!

A lovely warm and friendly welcome. Very comfy beds. The room was cold though, and the duvet was not on the bed, but in the cupboard which was a surprise given how cold it is at the moment in Nafplio. The duvet was also without a cover. Although we had the aircon on 'heat' it was not really adequate, and the bathroom remained very cold.

We had our breakfast in our room because the area where breakfast is normally served was not heated. That's a shame because we would have preferred to have eaten breakfast at proper tables in a designated area. The hotel seems new and is well decorated. However, there are not enough hooks in the bathroom, and, as mentioned above, the room overall was too cold.

This hotel was outstanding! Centrally located, with modern, spacious, and beautifully decorated rooms. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. One of the best hotels we have ever been to!

The rooms were very clean and well furnished and the location could not have been better the staff could not have done anything more to make the stay better , the breakfast served in the room was very good both in quantity and quality

The only thing that was an issue was the construction site next door but we do understand the hotel can do nothing about that it did not directly affect our stay it was just a great shame about the view. Hopefully it will be completed soon and restore the hotels city view.

The place is perfectly located in the center of the town. A boutique style hotel with very reasonable prices as for the quality of accommodation you get.The room was big and very clean and felt new.The owner was extremely nice and the breakfast was delicious. The owner and staff were very welcoming.
