Perfect location with port view, quiet spacious room.

Walking distance to harbour and old quarter.

There is no parking assigned for hotel, very difficult to find a spot so once you found a spot we didn’t use our rental. The air conditioner did not work it stayed at 18C so we had to keep turning it on and off during the night. Our headboard was dirty, floors not level and poor lighting in our room, lobby couch was dirty. Narrow, windy staircase to carry luggage to the rooms 1-3.

I really liked it. They didn't disappoint for a second – a truly excellent sea view from a lovely balcony, perfect for sitting in the evening and gazing at the stars and yachts. Public parking is nearby. The jacuzzi in the room works.

The room needs some maintenance work - bath, balcony, etc.

Parking was nearby. Close to Syntagma Square. Able to make coffee or tea anytime in quaint sitting area. Small fridge in room. Bed was very comfortable.

The bathroom was dated. No screens to be able to leave windows open. A good amount of steps to get to Syntagma Square which are not level and can be challenging for some.

The location was fantastic. The room was spacious and comfortable.

Access to the place was through a narrow alleyway with no parking. Parking was a scramble to find outside. The stairs in the place were very steep so hauling a medium size suitcase was tricky.

The house has a unique, charming character. The room is exactly as is shown in photos here and the roof garden has a lovely view over town. The host was extremely responsive on the app, and accommodating/friendly. The location is good - it's easy to access parking and town, but it was still quiet for sleeping

Some basics (kettle/coffee cups/iron) would be useful in the room and the A/C unit on the roof garden is quite loud. Showing in the bathtub is a bit inconvenient, and it's not a no smoking facility - it smells quite a bit like smoke in the house.

Small details that made it a bit disappointing. The toiletries in the bathroom were already used, there was no possibility for breakfast, one lamp in the room was not working. Finding a place to park was not easy.

Exceptional, vintage-style property with a friendly and courteous host. Although our stay was short, we deeply enjoyed the facilities and the beautiful and clean suite with the terrace, overlooking the captivating landscape of Argolis, as well as the historic and beautiful Nafplio, the first capital of the modern Greek State. This is a place we're definitely looking forward to revisiting - and we already know where to stay!

Very beautiful old building in a very convenient location.

I booked a suite with a private terrace. The first thing I realised is that the room has no functional windows. I mean it has two windows but they are shadowed and they are facing the wall of the adjusted building. That results in a room that is very dark all day around with absolutely zero view (look at the two photos). Then I headed to the terrace. Well, it's a small nice terrace with a good view but it is impossible to be there because the owner has put all the external units of the air conditioning there! This results in a very loud noise all day around as well as extra heat from the units (I have a video but I can't attach it here). Frankly it is not possible to stay there for more than a couple of minutes. And the entire experience is spoiled! Also given the fact that the facility offers no services other than a morning coffee I believe the room could have some extra amenities like a kettle or a coffee machine. The room is spacious but frankly dysfunctional because of the way it's arranged. That was room number 6 so be aware of this problem.

This hotel is at a good location on top of a small hill by the edge of the old town of nafplio. Near the hotel there are public parking spaces, but the spots are quite limited. The room we stay has many windows facing the direction of the sea. But outside window there is a house block you view, you can only see the sea a bit when you stand at a specific point.The host of the property is very helpful when checking and solving our wifi issues.

The views were spectacular of mountains, the sea and the town from 5 windows! Very spacious suite and super comfortable bed. Great character of old property and good location just a few streets above and away from main street and square. The host, Tellis, was lovely and very helpful.

It was all great. If we had to quibble, 'hot tub' wasn't quite what we expected but all was clean and modern.
