- The staff and location. Food was excellent....
- This hotel was absolutely amazing, we were spoiled by such caring and kind staff that went above and beyond. There was an issue where the ceiling fan wasn't working, and the staff had it fixed within a day. The breakfast was fulfilling and tasty, and well-worth the extra charge. The AC was great, the room was beautiful and clean, and the shower had great water pressure and hot water. The location was perfectly in the center of Old Town Nafplio, and the next time I'm in Napflio I will be looking to stay here again.
- The breakfast was phenomenal! The location was perfect with the best views. Our host gave us great recommendations for restaurants and shops.
Cons -
- The wifi was slightly spotty, and it was a weak security wifi, but it did the job and worked okay.
- The lighting in the closet area was dark, and needs an upgrade. Reception desk is on the second floor on top of the restaurant/coffee shop (where all the rooms are also located) and the manager was located in another building all together. It would have been nice to be offered help with my bag before check in, but I am sure that the organization is much better during busy summer times.
- No elevator, but some luggage assistance from waiter’s from hotel owned restaurant downstairs when available.

We were in Nafplio in December, when there are no crowds. He had a very nice large room with seating area and view of the square. The location was extremely convenient and although the hotel is located in the central square, Old Town does not allow for any cars so it was very quiet. The staff was very helpful and polite. Breakfast, served downstairs in the restaurant/coffee shop is ample and fresh. Location is central and we could walk everywhere, including a local beach.

Wonderful location on large square with great restaurants, stores, and people. A few blocks to shore line. Fantastic breakfast included at downstairs restaurant.
No elevator, but some luggage assistance from waiter’s from hotel owned restaurant downstairs when available.
Great location and beautiful boutique hotel with an easy check-in / check-out location.
Great location, wonderful breakfast. A very central place to explore nafplio.
We had a room with a balcony and kitchenette that was situated above Syntagma Square. We had exceptional service from Anastasia who always helped us out with directions and recommendations.
Nil.
Balcony over the quaint square with views up to the fortress. Super comfy bed. Very helpful staff
Very limited and odd equipment in kitchenette - no kettle but pressure cooker. No sharp knife. If you are looking for quiet this hotel is right above a busy square of restaurants and bars. We were there in early spring so quiet but likely to be noisy til late in Summer. 24 steps to reception and no lift but helped with our luggage by reception. Parking 5 minute walk away at port. Drop off point not easy to find - suggest Hotel send a drop pin location finder to guests.
The hotel and the staff was very welcoming. The room was beautiful and had a large balcony. The breakfast was also very good. Even though we were in Napflio during the off-season, the hotel bar was always open. We would definetly come again!
Great little inn at the heart of the old city. We were able to hang out on the square every night and enjoy a drink while watching the kids play football. The room was spacious, as was the bathroom. We had big windows that let in a lot of light (but not the best views). The staff was one wonderful woman who did everything!! She was available 9-5 and always asked if we needed anything for our room. We loved the central location!
These are not negatives, just notes: a centrally located inn may not be for everyone, as it's above the cafe and next to a bustling square where people are out until the late hours of the night. Our room was relatively quiet, but it might have been a bit noisy for people who really like their silence. Our refrigerator did not work, but I think if we had bothered to inquire for a fix, the staff would have helped us immediately (we just didn't really need it)
The location is unbeatable. You can see the old town plaza from your balcony. The breakfast is fantastic, we are well served with delicious bread/yogurt/orange juice/coffee/etc.The room has a high celling and the furniture gives you a vintage feeling.
Parking is a headache at the town center.
Anastasia, forgive my spelling, was most accommodating, gracious and helpful. My wife and I were impressed with the accommodations and breakfast but most of all the service and care in making our stay most welcome
Would not change a thing! We felt most pampered.Yogurt, honey, coffee and breakfasts were exceptionalMany thanks to Anastasia for the welcoming stay
Great central location on the square. Excellent breakfast. Very friendly and helpful staff especially Anastasia.
Location was excellent for exploring Nafplio and surrounding archaeological sites. Patio off our bedroom was an added bonus! Breakfast was excellent sitting outside on the square. The front desk staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. Very nice stay!
It was a little difficult to find but directions from the front desk was excellent and parking was convenient.
Excellent location, and beautiful rooms. Lady at Reception Desk was lovely, polite, and always helpful. Breakfast menu was good and staff very attentive.
The restaurant seat cushions were soiled and it was a little hard to enjoy the meal due to the bees congregating at the tables. If option is available next time I would select a room minus the breakfast.
Spacious comfortable rooms with a great location in the old town. Lovely breakfast in the cafe downstairs. The manager Anastasia was so helpful, even sent us out with umbrellas when it looked like it might rain.
Location amazing!
A note at reception desk advising of where to go or call on arrival would have been very helpful. Breakfast wasn’t included with this high priced accommodation. But our other family stayed across our room st a hotel owned by the same owner and they paid 1/2 the price and had breakfast included.
Spacious apartment, nice view of the city, hospitable hostess
The AC didn't work well
The suite was exceptional. Spacious and spotless. The staff at reception (Anastasia) was fabulous with assistance with bags and recommendations.
