Hotel Weiler

Great staff, location, and restaurant. The bathroom was modern and had a good shower. The breakfast that was included was incredible.

Room was too warm.

An old but very well kept German Hotel. Nestled in downtown Oberwesel the hotel is just steps from many interesting shops, restaurants, and things of interest. The staff was sincerely interested in the quality of our stay and never hesitated to address questions or concerns. Breakfast was a treat with ample items normally found with a German breakfast.

Parking, always a problem in small downtown areas, can be challenging although there are several options..

The little village is beautiful. We got there late and had to leave early so we didn’t get to spend much time there. I wish we would have had more time. The hotel made up for it. The place was beautiful, staff were great and breakfast was delicious.

Not a big deal for my husband and a I but there is a train right outside. Some people may have a problem with the noise.

The location and the spacious room

This is a quaint small midevial town on the Rhine. The accomadations were a perfect location for our stop. The staff was so friendly and accommadating. Rooms were clean and spacious. Breakfast was terrific

It was perfect

Large well prepped and decorated room, good bathroom with shower. Bang on central position. Nice breakfast in a old traditional property. Parked the motorcycle outside, perfect.

The woman at reception was exceptionally helpful to us, in obtaining the parking permit, serving a great breakfast. The dining room was elegant, and the food well presented, and was very good. The room excellent.

Would have been better to have the room on the first level, but I had no internet the previous day to confirm that opportunity - our fault.

Loved the location, loved the atmosphere. The breakfast was delicious, the staff were friendly, and the beds were comfortable.

The hospitality was exceptionally great. We could even use the lounge of the hotel which felt like at home. Very cozy place, close to the train station, perfect for exploring Christmas markets of the Rheinland-Pfalz region.

The trains passing by just under the window of room 18 just made it completely impossible to have a decent sleep.

Room with a view on the Rhine, beautifully decorated and comfortable, as were the beds. Bottled water was complimentary and plentiful. Centrally located on a hiking tour of main attractions.

Bathroom was small, but spacious enough for one person at a time. Parking is a problem in most European cities nowadays, but there are spaces close by (use parking disk or pay at automat), except on Thursday night and Friday morning, as there is a market on Friday morning. No elevator on site, so for elderly and disabled, access to floors 2 and 3 (3 has the view on the Rhine) is only possible using stairs. Restaurant in hotel is closed one day a week, but others are available in walking distance. Hotel is not on main drag along the Rhine, so prepare to navigate through narrow passages to get to Oberwesel's main shopping street.

I didn't like anything about this hotel.

Too many stairs no elevator, got lost getting there by train had to get a stranger to get me a taxi, no dinner restaurant no breakfast I missed the short breakfast time. The checkout was rushed, and it was very hard lop sided bed, the room was not worth the price and their were no views. It was very outdated and I would not stay there again, and I do not recommend anyone staying there. You will find something way better in Bacharach or St Goar. It is no where near tourist destinations.

Lovely small hotel surrounded by beautifull Germane nature. The hotel is on the marketplace of mediavale town. Very clean, friendly stuff, tasty tai restorant with reasonable prices. Perfect place!

Railvay road is very close to the place, but they have double windows and you'll hardly hear it at night.

Super cute and cozy place. Great location, not far from the main station and any sights in Oberwesel. Free breakfast was also nice!

The shower is tiny tiny tiny.

Wifi had dead spot in our room. Was fine in hallway or friends room. A minor inconvenience. Everything else was excellent

I loved the location of the hotel, it was right on the river and close to town. Ir had easy parking and free water. The look of the hotel was great.

Room was a bit small, right next to the train. I didn't mind the noise but may be noisy for others. Hotel provided ear plugs.
