I wouldn’t never book this hotels again

I couldn’t get in room multiple times due to key not working, very bad smell in the room, and poor service from reception, environment looks not clean everywhere, and windows are almost broken

Food was excellent, staff helpful, lovely surroundings.

My room, they have 100 rooms in a scenic location, why was my room overlooking the rear car park, someone did this deliberately, not happy.

I didn't like the coffee from the coffee machine during breakfast.Hotel in the meantime relatively old fashioned (hotel, rooms, breakfast)

Excellent breakfast and dinner menu. Staff helped to accomodate our requests, which was good wifi and bathroom with bathtub.

The temperature of the pools were for my taste a bit cold, esepcially for the salt-water pool. The jacuzzi wasnt functioning.

The staff is friendly and very nice, the breakfast is superb, all my requests were fullfilled. I asked for a kettle, It was given it, I asked for a better room view, It was given. The hotel is very friendly to clients, the staff always friendly and smiling and helpful. The saunas are clean and pleasant, the swimming pools are super clean. There is Ayurveda, and massages, and a Finnish sauna, and steam bath, and free tea and a quiet cavern for relaxation. And we will certainly come a third time!! ????

One night we had the dinner, but it was aweful. When I book a 4star superior property I expect a certain quality of the food, but it tasted and looked like food purchased at the discounter and microwaved. My gnocchi were dry and hard as if they have been sitting under a heat lamp for too long. The breakfast buffet was big but also not what I expect at this kind of establishment. There was not a big selection of high quality food. The rooms definitely need some updating and even though there are several properties belonging together they didn't offer shuttle service to the train station or city center. And the area only has two taxis.

no any label in English, like “reception “or …menu in restaurant just in German and people couldn’t explain very well about food,so you don’t know what are you eating exactly and experience was not good, awful soup, not enough personeel if you need anything.

A classical Bavarian place with good service. Good breakfast. Good beer.

No ala carte menu in the restaurant.

Very cosy, very nice wellness area. Good price-quality-wellness ratio. Very good breakfast. Super nice staff.

Internet is almost not working in the 3rd floor room where we stayed. Not sure if everwhere is like this. But still wasn’t such a big problem since we wanted to take rest from everything :)

Everything was perfect from the check in till the chekout except one point, see below.Despite the corona restriction we have enjoyed our stay and used the wellness facilities.

The restaurant has forgot my order. It was just a plate of ham and cheese to the wine.Well we have finished the wine before.

Everything was great, staff were friendly. Breakfast/dinner exceptional. Wellness/spa area also excellent. would definitely recommend visiting the Königshof Hotel.

Wellness and pools are great.

The choice, quality and quantity of the food was similar than other 3 stars hotel and not like a 4 stars superior hotel.
