Disappointment

While the property is fine for a one-night stay, the experience was soured by the front desk staff. The male receptionist was rude and condescending from the outset. The check-in process felt overly clinical and unwelcoming—more like a security checkpoint than a hotel. At this price point, I expected a much higher standard of hospitality; instead, the poor service made the stay feel like a bad value. Additionally, be aware that the frequent noise from the nearby train is a constant disruption.

The bed was comfortable and clean... and that's the main point of a hotel. The staff was also friendly.

The bathroom had a bad smell, and since the room is so small, it was not pleasant smelling it the whole night. You should also not charge for parking for your guests, that is not professional at all and there is no need since you have plenty of room in the garage - Nobody likes a shake-down. In summary, the price was about 2 times more than it should have been.

The room was really clean and nice. Staff was very friendly. We did not opt for breakfast but overall the hotel was very comfortable.

They have big and comfortable beds and very nice and helpful receptionist. Variety of choices at breakfast.

Everything was amazing, very nice clean rooms, rich and varied breakfast and the location is great in that you are close to everything....we have been here several times and if there is a chance, we will stay here again.

Right on highway

Rooms on highway side are noisy. Complicated checkin with waiting lines for reception.

It's next to the highway and great for transit

The admin to get in takes time and the rooms on the highway side can be noisy. Pillows smeĺled.

Need for code all the time instead of an electronic key.

The hotel is conveniently located just off the motorway. Great for a overnight stay after a long drive. I was greeted by a very kind receptionist, the room was clean, reasonable quiet (given the nearby traffic), there is ample parking space both infront of the hotel and in the covered parking lot. Next to the hotel there is a gas station, and a self-service car wash. Did not have much time to explore the location, but the next time I am around I will use the opportunity to hop on the bus and go to Salzburg. This is a great value for money hotel and I am sure I will be staying there again.

Bed was comfortable.Small but effective bathroom.Very friendly staff.

Rather small pillows. Shower drain a little clogged. Very poor soundproofing (a lot of noise audible from from the hallway).

We don't like tapisons pn the floor. Perssonaly .The voice in the lift is scary. Schould be kinder woice

My stay was perfect. Staff was super kind, the room was extremely clean and had all the necessary commodities. Comfortable bed and silent stay. Wouldn’t ask for more.

Location is handy as it's next to the train station. The room was clean.

It's on the turn of the highway, great for transit travel. Efficient, down to earth place where all works. Checkout at 12.00! Relaxed.

The parking is full and a bit dodgy in the evening with people of all kinds hanging around cars. Underground parking not clear indicated.
