Beautiful, quiet facilities and grounds. The views from the property and the room were incredible. Friendly and helpful staff. Spacious room. Plenty of convenient parking. Outstanding dinner at a great price. I felt very comfortable, welcomed, and secure. Great value all around. I would recommend this property to anyone who wants to visit Picos de Europa.

Although I slept well, the mattress was due for replacement. Breakfast was satisfying and filling but more of a choice would have been nice. Not the most convenient power outlets for charging devices.

Great place, amazing view, and surroundings, we have had a great stay in LMM. The staff was nice, available, and providing great recommendations. The breakfast/diner option were delicious and overall great value for money

8.30pm for diner for young kids (2 & 4) is a bit late. Having a service 30 min earlier would have been better from our perspective.It missed some experience around the hotel: wood logging, horse ridding/discovery with the kids, farm activities, carriage tour...

Wow, is the best way to describe this hotel? It’s located in the mountains in a gorgeous area. Lots of amenities at the hotel, including farm animals and a game room.

Amazing hotel, I wish there were more places like this in the world! We came with a dog and we were super comfortable, the room was big and clean, surrounded by nature and mountains. The breakfast was wonderful, since we were with a dog we were allowed to have breakfast in the living room and we were very impressed. Thank you for such service, we will definitely come back again.

I loved the area--it was beautiful. The staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel was rustic and lovely.

It was further out of town than expected.

I rarely write reviews, but this place deserves it. As it says, "magical." Completely remote, yet with fiber internet so the wifi speed is incredible. A perfect place to work remotely. Or just to disconnect for a bit.

This was a majestic accommodation. Such beautiful surrounds high on a mountain. Our room had a spa bath which we made use of on 1 night The breakfast was good …especially when we sat in the sun outside our room

The drive up from the main road is an adventure. We coped but feel a few more grey hairs have popped up.We would appreciate ( as an English speaking couple from Australia ) a little more detail on how to book tickets for bus trip to glacial lakes, more precise info about blue cheese factory/tour.A lot is presumed ..however we are tourists who need the precise info.Our room was noisy because a family staying above us was out late and really disturbed us as the clomped up and their stairs

Like the name says, it's a magical place. Surrounded by stunning mountains, it's so peaceful. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Location wasn’t for the feint hearted but directions received gave us the confidence to proceed. Whilst the choice of menu wasn’t extensive the quality of both dinner and breakfast was first class.

I know it’s personal preference but dinner service started on the late side for us oldies and probably so for the parents of young children.

The room was cosy and relaxing, the bed super comfortable with soft, high quality sheets - easy to switch off! Lovely views of snow capped mountains. Would really liked to have stayed more than one night.

Breakfast was good, plenty of coffee etc.Location was amazing.

We booked a booked a mini suite, were very disappointed by the room that had been reserved for us. We had driven over 1000km to get there and the mini suite was a box with very small windows, would advise anybody to check which room you have allocated before committing.

The breakfast was wonderful. Lot's of variety and good value for the money. The hotel texted us the evening menu early in the day so we could decide if we wanted to have dinner at the hotel. The food was very good and they offered vegetarians options. The property is gorgeous with spectacular views of the surrounding mountains. The staff made us feel welcome and offered great advice on things to do in the Asturias region. It is a family friendly hotel, not a romantic getaway destination.

The road leading to the hotel is narrow with blind corners making it stressful for some drivers. Other dining options are somewhat limited near the hotel.

Magica says it all! It’s just got to be one of the most stunning hotel locations I’ve stayed at. That’s not all the hotel itself is beautiful too, with lovely quaint rooms. Ours was a junior suite (G) nice and spacious with huge bath too relax in after long humid walks!The staff are extremely friendly and will go out of the way to make your stay as perfect as possible. The food menu is quite limited in choice that changes every evening. The four evening meals we had were exceptionally delicious and I mean 10/10 tasty! The serving staff were always charming and made us feel very welcome. To me it was really obvious the staff were extremely happy to be working at this very lovely place. If you have happy staff then you definitely on your way to a perfect hotel. For us it was just that, Perfect!!Thank you for such a wonderful stay.

wooden patio furniture was rotten in places, fell apart. no barbecue. tv remote did not work. bedroom with twinbeds, bed is more like a camper bed, mattress slides off.

The location is beautiful. The views and hikes you can do right from the hotel are excellent. We used the ceramic studio on a morning that it rained, was a great use of time. We had dinner both nights and it was fantastic. You received the menu in advanced and could choose between multiple options. The animals, adorable.

Eggs for breakfast would have been awesome.

This is a great place in a beautiful location. The buildings and facilities are quite authentic. Absolutely fantastic area for motorcyclists.

I probably chose the lowest-priced room, it was up at the very top of the building and I am pretty sure the room was an attic. Therefore, the room was small and the ceiling beams were close to my head. This was not an issue, just had to pay attention.
