staff very kind , hall service for drink and snack and generous choice of breakfast(it was the best breakfast that I 've ever had in spain)

not the property, not many restaurants around and needed to wait until late to be able to eat

The location (so close to the beach) was perfect. Everything was very clean. Every day for breakfast we had a freshly baked sweet bread...yummy!!! Getting to eat breakfast with such a beautiful view of the sea was priceless!The staff (especially Bea and Elisa) were so kind and helpful. When a problem would arise, they were quick to respond and find solutions. Their help and kindness made our stay special.

Maybe a stand in the room to place the suitcases on, so we wouldn't have to put them on the floor, but that isn't a big deal.

The view are very beautiful and amazing , the beach is so close and nice only we came in the wrong season its too cold to swim.Location also reasonable close to Llanes.Ontbijt is o.k and more than enough of what you need for a day.The Receptionist Elsa is so wonderful, kind and very helpful and accomodating.

The room : probably has ever been a problem with overflowed water as it is to be notice in the floor and opening of doors. But of course this just need to be fix.. But it would be beter and good for the hotel reputation if they have let it fix first before letting it occupied.

The location was stunning & perfect for walks, beach and remoteness

The room and especially the bathroom was tired, with mould in the grout. And ours was a rather noisy room. Plus breakfast was basic, and in shifts as the dinning room was small.

It was perfect. Perfect location, well design and very nice staff, specially in the front desk. I highly recommend this place.

No food after breakfast, which is a shame as the bar is very pleasant. Only food available was olives. Mattresses not comfortable. Upgrade to Seaview room not worth it as parking area was right outside so no privacy with curtains open. Can hear people in other rooms

Unbeatable location, very close to the beach, beautiful view from the dining area.

The room could be cleaned more thoroughly. The staff are nice on some days, on others not so much.

The room was a bit too small, and the lack of air conditioning or at least a fan made impossible to cool down the room in the night during the hot days.

This was the worst night sleep I have had in a very long time. The beds are hard and lumpy. The air conditioner did not work - only the heater worked. And there was no fan available, so if it's warm that day, be prepared to sweat all night. The breakfast was mediocre, and only available in 1 hour slots to be booked the day before. So if you don't check in early, you may have to wait until 10am to start breakfast. The gate right outside of the windows beeped until midnight, and the toilets from other rooms flush so loudly, you'll be awake until 2 or 3am.Definitely do not recommend this hotel!

A perfect location for walking, exploring and swimming at the beautiful beaches.Extremely comfortable, well organised accommodation.

To find anything would be a pointless niggle.

The hotel is situated next to the soo fabulous beach ! We really liked it. We enjoyed breakfast with beautufull view to surroundings. Location is very quite and calm place. Staff was nice and helpfull.

A very friendly atmosphere makes the difference. All service personnel give the feeling of welcome!!!!The location gives the exclusive outlook to the Atlantic from your Breakfast seat . Surrounding fields in a hilly Landscape let you smell the hey when gras is cut by farmers.

A beautiful situation with stunning views and an easy five minute walk to the beach. Breakfast was delicious and extra special eaten watching the sea through the huge window.

The room was a little bit dark but that was a very minor problem. Being older it wasn’t ideal having to drive a few km to find a restaurant for dinner.
