Cons -
- Staff! They were pointedly unwilling to serve coffee or drinks, even though there’s a good bar with a good menu and were often chatting to each other or hiding in the kitchen, so we had to wait a while for checkout or having our questions answered.

- Advertised as in Llanes but actually 20 mins drive from Llanes. Not much in the town itself.

Excellent location in Nueva. Spacious, very clean room and bathroom. Staff was welcoming. Our room had a lovely view. Bed was very comfortable - good nights sleep after a long walk on the camino del Norte. Highly recommended
Nothing!
Friendly staff, clean room, comfortable bed, good location while passing through on the Camino.
Nice check-in, girl super friendly, got lots of Information from her
Left at 08.00 the next morning, no-one was around, the hotel was deserted
Friendly staff. Great location. Clean and comfortable rooms!
This was an excellent Hotel for our needs. On the edge of town and overlooking it on a small hill, terrace was a pleasant place to sit as the world goes by. Rooms are comfortable and clean. A 2 star hotel with a 4 star attitude. They went the extra mile to welcome us and provide for our needs. My compliments and thanks to the lady of the house and her daughter who were so good.
Would be churlish to criticise this hotel, could not expect more for the price.
