Modern mobile home

Staff was talking in croating against their guests, thinking we dont understand them. Wifi is only available in the restaurant, you wont be able to get it in the mobile home. AC works only when key is inserted for electricity! The mobile homes get very hot in the morning, so when you are on the beach you'll burn when you get back.

Location was great, beautiful beach and water, nice restaurants in the area.

Camp is huge and lively. Houses are small and compact. Perfect for family or friends you know really well. It was really nice, weather was amazing, sea clean and amazing for refreshing yourself.

You can walk everywhere on the campsite and don't necessarily need to drive to get to the beach, the pools or the shop. Also that there is a pretty decent restaurant not far from the shop the pool and the beach (close proximity)

The beds were not really comfortable (not that you'd expect much but it's still a little disappointing) we didn't have any gas or hot water on the first day we arrived and we had to call the front desk to ask them.

The worst place I've been in the last 10 years.

This place was really bad:* gas stove did not start by itself, we had to buy matches* we had to buy our own cleaning sponge & liquid* beds were super uncomfortable, way too soft, you would wake up in hole* some pipe broke down outside in the evening, I could not sleep because of the noise. And reception would not pick up.* on the 3rd day AC broke down (it was +33 degrees outside). They said that technician would come in ~30mins to 1 hour. So I stayed to wait for him. After multiple calls he finally arrived 4 hours later. And issue was not resolved, water started going down the wall. Eventually they said we had to keep AC at 25 degrees for at least 30mins - that did not fix it either.* Wifi only works at reception, pool and restaurant.* Children playground is so work down, that I would not recommend going there for safety.

The facility was good but many important accessories missing (only 1 toilet paper, no tea cups, no soap, etc.).

Location was bad at a steap and very inaccessible terrain, far away from the beach.

We liked the facilities and the view from the terrace. It was very comfortable and hospitable.

At first we got a room that was not clean but the staff did a very good job to change our room for a new one that was perfectly clean...

The staff at the reception was very kind and accommodating. The mobile homes are comfortable and well equipped.

The pictures didn't match the actual setting of the camping. It was quite hilly and every time we had to go back to the mobile home up the hill it was a drama with the kids. From the pictures I imagined an oasis of tranquility but the camping is actually very busy.

Apartment P313, probably the cabin with the best location, beautiful view to the sea, dead-end road, also one of the newest or maybe the newest cabin. We had a very pleasant stay of 12 days.

Parking facilities are poor.

It was near the beach and it was clean.

The roads that lead to the houses were very narrow, and my car wouldnt fit through. A lot of facilities were missing, like toilet paper or utensils. The 7 person house’s sofa was not suited to be slept on, so the house was more like for 6 person.

Amazing views, good air con in main living space.

Bedrooms were so hot & it was a very windy night and trees were banging against our mobile home keeping us awake.

The sea, the beach, the restaurants and all the staff were exceptional!!! Without a doubt!!! I've never swam in clean and warm sea like that before. All 4 restaurants served amazing food and prices were very reasonable. The fresh fish was always fresh and done super good. Čevapčiči were always juicy and hamburgers as well.

The older mobile houses have ant problem. The hill towards the mobile houses is really steep and would not recommend it for older people. But I think they really have to work on parking and pave the roads by mobile houses. The rocks and steep turn around the hill were damaging to vehicles.

Place, the cleanliness of the mobile homes, the beach, the swimming pools.

Staff. It took us 42 min to check in. We were the only ones standing there. Also it took us 37 min to check out. It was early in the summer and I understand that everyone has to learn by it it was far too much. Our bus driver driving time was ticking. Also, the restaurant stated that they can't cater for 30 people although it has been announced to the reception in advance. I had to convince them that it is not a good idea not to serve 30 17-18 year old young adults. They wouldn't appreciate it. With great convincing they made us pizzas which was perfect for us. Also, some of our mobile homes weren't ready for guests. No electricity in 2, and in one no hit water. It was difficult to find the staff. I am sure they have worked it out finally but I was expecting a slightly better service leaving that much money there. It was just one problem after the other. (Difficulty check in, not ready mobile homes, staff not available, no dinner at first, no hot water, difficulty checking out)

My colleagues and I stayed here for 3 nights and everyone was satisfied. Peaceful campsite, great pool and pleasant sea. The season was ending and you could see that there was more peace here. Reception staff very helpful. I will definitely recommend.

NO wifi on apartments.

It was very clean. We didn't see a single bug inside the house. A/C worked perfectly,just the first night the power/electricity went off for like an hour or so. But yeah, beach was amazing!

To go to the beach was like a Maze! You can see steps/stairs going down to the beach but then you end up in the middle of other houses and then you'd have to walk all the way back again. Very confusing. To park your car was also a lot of trouble, the spot in front of our home was always taken by other cars. Also very narrow roads. If you have big car...you might have trouble to go through and or to find a parking.

It has a huge territory with a lot of space for camping and RV. Has couple of products shops nearby. The room(house) itself is small but clean and has a good view.

Fridge was not working. No soap/bath amenities. No information in advance about 100€ cash deposit. Early checkout at 10You pay for the cleaning, but have to drop a garbage bin yourself. Has a vibe of a cheap airbnb

Not as spacious as we expected, kitchen lacked few utensils, parking on the dirt road below the bungalow - neighbour scratched our car on the first day...

I found great delight in the panoramic sea view that the terrace offered.

Upon booking my stay at Camping Klenovica through your platform, I was drawn to the prospect of a convenient and enjoyable beachside vacation. The offer explicitly stated that the distance to the beach would be a mere 100-200 meters. To my dismay, upon arrival, I discovered that the actual distance to the beach exceeded 500 meters. This blatant misrepresentation of the facts significantly marred the quality of my vacation.Adding to my dismay, the cabin provided to me fell far short of acceptable standards. The listing boasted of modern amenities and top-notch service, yet the reality was vastly different. Upon entering the cabin, I was met with an overpowering and unpleasant odor emanating from both the air conditioning unit and the refrigerator. This not only tainted my stay but also raised serious concerns about the cleanliness and hygiene standards maintained in the accommodations.Furthermore, the overall condition of the camping site was deeply unsatisfactory. The facilities appeared aged and in dire need of maintenance and refurbishment. The quality of service delivered was egregiously below the standards implied in the offer, and I strongly believe that the price I paid does not remotely align with the subpar experience I endured.In the spirit of fairness, I acknowledge that the view from the cabin was indeed breathtaking, as indicated in the offer. However, this single positive aspect cannot overshadow the glaring discrepancies between the promised and actual amenities and services.Another disappointment I encountered was the Wi-Fi availability. The offer suggested that free Wi-Fi would be accessible across the camping site, providing me with the means to stay connected. However, I was shocked to discover that Wi-Fi was only available in three isolated spots on the campsite: the restaurant, the reception desk, and the pool area. Not only was the coverage extremely limited, but the bandwidth was also so poor that use the internet was nearly impossible.
