A worst experience

The worst hotel I ever stayed .WiFi was not working and when reported staff said it was raining hence it is weak . Even next day the same situation , I am not able to work . WC is leaking Towels are not clean No kettle in the room No dental kit

Great hotel in a great location. The beds were really comfortable, and breakfast was tasty with lots of options. We’d happily stay here again.

Absolutely nothing!!!

Worse hotel experience in the world! Rude staff, extremely small rooms, aircondotioning works only if you call the reception and they aprove to turn it on for you! At the top - they forced us also to pay additional fee (30% on total price) for child 5years - no matter they did not provide anything additional for that - even not provided additional bad, towels, or higyene things… Do not stay here!!!

Good location, excellent breakfast. Overall, good value for the money.

Very uncomfortable pillow, the room temperature was too high and the air conditioning could not be adjusted. Occasionally, there was a strong smell of cigarettes in the room.

Location, cleaniness, parking incl at price, good breakfast

NIce location for business travel, close to highway. It may be also usefull for people that like to go shopping, since it is next to outlet stores. In general the hotel is clean. Breakfast is very good (exceding typical Italian style breakfast) .

Bright lights on the parking, that glow inside the room.

It’s super clean, the breakfast was great and the location is great if u want to go to the Noventa outlet.

Location perfect for shopping, good for visiting Venice, room was very clean, warm, the bed confortable.

Breakfast fair, you had to pay extra for omlet or fried eggs, the tables where not cleaned after guests left, you could hardly find a clean table, the doors very thin, you could hear loud noises from the other rooms.

To make matters worse, the staff assumed we didn’t understand Italian while making inappropriate comments about the situation, leaving a very negative impression.For a hotel of this category, such a lack of professionalism and poor service is absolutely unacceptable and requires serious improvement.

Boutiqe hotel, very similar in everytjing to 3 others, classic type hotels, on same location.

Reservation price, as "genius level" booking.comcustomer, was not accepted on reception desk;they charged my card full amount.

Small Prosecco bottles in the fridge. I know they ask in advance if you would like it, however with all that traffic and trip of over 12 hours, definitely I prefer having something in the fridge ?.

Location, fast checkin/out, underground parking

Unfortunately late checkout was not available as usual (we stayed there before many times expecting this) eventhough the hotel was empty or because of this? This caused us some unplanned inconvenience

Nice clean room,very good breakfast and excellent location..

The air conditioner broke down, it leaked and soaked our shoes in the hallway..

Breakfast we did not have, so can not say anything about. Room was OK-ish, but window could not be closed/opened properly. Cleanliness was just on the edge, but bathroom was OK-ish. Location very nice and definitely far away of 4*.
