Pros +
- The hostess is very kind and warm. Room is spacious and comfortable with a lovely porch welcoming a roomful of sunshine in the morning. Location is great.
- Everything was perfect. Perfect locality, clean room, tasty breakfast, helpful crew, ski paradise, good wine. I want to come back here.
Cons -
- There was nothing we didn't like. We have a very pleasant stay there. Will definitely come back if we travel to this area again.
- Without negatives.
- Now, the cons. The balcony was directly on the street and while the view was lovely (you could see the gondola lift) the road noise is incredibly loud and not pleasant so we never sat out there. It was constant…trucks, motorcycles, cars, scooters…all day. So we didn’t enjoy the beautiful room much and couldn’t open the doors to let in a breeze. There were no bathrobes or slippers as advertised but that is a small thing. The bathroom amenities are soap and shampoo. The flat screen TV is the size of an 18” computer screen and it sits on the desk. One cannot see it from bed. There are no luggage racks so we had to put one suitcase on the desk and the other on the floor. I might recommend a room away from the street as you won’t be able to enjoy the view and you won’t get to sleep in as the street noise begins around 6:30

Great location, very cute interior, awesome breakfast
The pros of this in-town B&B are significant. Quite a number of free parking spaces. The B&B appears to have been recently and very very nicely renovated. There is a lift but be sure to drop your bags at the front before you park or there will be stairs to climb with your luggage. Our room (204) was huge with lots of storage space, a couch, a desk and a king sized bed that is called a double bed. Individual down duvets. Sockets by the bed but no USB type plugs. We had a lovely balcony. The woman who ran this B&B was nice but seemed indifferent to non German/Italian visitors like us.

It was a great location right near Karer pass. It’s the perfect location. The room was clean. The views were amazing. The breakfast was really great. Overall a great facility.
The check in person was the most onery person I have ever met at a hotel/b&b. The website says check in is from 5-9:30. We were driving from Zurich so we guessed 7. Little did I know that times are never correct on Google maps apps. I wasn’t worried since it was clearly written til 9:30. We pulled up at 9:20 and the whole place was pitch black. I buzzed and was met with angry words form the person letting us in. The key was there on the desk. I made the mistake of ringing back about parking. She came out fuming, yelling at my son and I and said to just park in front. She grabbed our passports and threw her arms up in disgusted. We were both traumatized at her response. Than she vanshished like a sorceress. Poof. In the am I apologized again not knowing how we would disrupt her sleep and she was even more disgusted. She mumbled that the website was a liar and our check in was too late and not acceptable. My hope was to somehow get her to smile. Nonsense. She was mad and there was no way to stop her venom. She kept tossing her hands and sighing at me as I apologized. We were so excited to get out of there as fast as possible. So if you arrive at an early hour and are not afraid at being yelled at, this place would be just fine. In an area full of so many amazing places to stay, this is definitely not worth the harassment. Not joking this was by far the worst place we stayed the 2 weeks in Europe! I will not subject myself or my family to this woman’s irrational attitude in the future. Hard pass at this place.
Kindness of the staff. Clean room and delicious breakfast.
Pleasant staff, good breakfast, private parking
Location(if you visit Carezza lake, and also close to supermarket and restaurants), kind and helpful reception, spotlessly clean room and bathroom, good breakfast, sauna
Nothing much. Just wish there had been a sign for parking place, because we had to temporarily park the car on the narrow road(which is not easy for new comers here), go inside the hotel and ask about it.
I had a great stay here after my hike, the rooms were very clean and spacious with comfy bed. The owner was extremely helpful in letting me borrow her computer as my phone broke. She was a lifesaver. The buffet breakfast was also sensational! And also in a really good location. Thank you!!
Our host was great. Lovely breakfast in charming traditional spotless surroundings.
Hotel was fabulous and the owner speaks very good English. it was a stop off point for the rest of our trek. Off season and everything is closed except 1 restaurant and it was raining which is why my rating was low for overall experience but the hotel room was huge with a balcony, dark shades, immaculate and a balcony.
We had a great time! Hotel is not very big, but it is super clean which was very important to me.! Our room was very spacious, bright and cozy. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was also very good and tasty. What I liked the most was freshly squeezed orange juice.Sauna can be used but reservation is required. Our overall experience is very positive and we would definitelly recommend this hotel.
Only thing that I would recommend as an improval is a small refigerator in room.
We stayed here between mountain treks, and absolutely loved it. The woman who runs it was very accommodating and helpful. The hotel itself had a great, cozy atmosphere, room was very clean. Breakfast was fantastic with a large variety of options. The location was very central and easily walkable to the gondola, also next door to an ATM, and close to several other restaurants and supermarket. Would highly recommend!
Breakfast was okay, and parking was easy on the street.
When we got to the hotel the receptionist (also the hotel manager) told us that she didn't have a room for us. We had booked this hotel 2 months in advance and it shocked us that we didn't have a place to stay. She said it was the problem with booking.com website and the reservation system there, but out of possibly close to 50 reservations on booking, this was the first that we encountered such issue. At the end, we stayed the night at the property of the mother of one of the employees of the hotel, which seemed to have been prepared for Airbnb purposes as it had a lot of amenities that you expect in a hotel. Eventually, we paid the same amount to the hotel manager as we had booked from Booking, but we stayed in a totally different location which was not even listed on Booking website.Fun fact about the hotel: The receptionist, hotel manager, waitress, breakfast server and greeter are all the same person in this hotel! Talking about understaffed facilities.
The location was great, 3 minutes from Laurin gondolas. The room was spacious and nicely decorated eith big balcony and modern bathroom; great, tasty breakfast
No fridge in the room. TV too small for the room.
Spotless, spacious room, friendly hostess, good selection for breakfast, excellent location. Parking also available but on a first come first served basis.
No problems encountered.
Spotless clean. Great breakfast, best croissants ever! Spacious bedroom. Kind and caring owner.
Nothing. Smell is not good ( beer and cigarettes)
Low quality hotel.
Very good breakfast, including homemade stuff.
