    Pros +

    • Breakfast was nothing but INCREDIBLE: from the warm foccacia to the fresh fruits they bring to your table, it is a feast to begin the day (doppio expresso is a must!)! Extremely friendly staff that was always ready to help and answer any questions. And the view from the hotel is breathtaking!
    • We loved the location and access to the hotel
    • Fabulous location and views. Staff were wonderful - extremely friendly and helpful. The room was a little old fashioned and the bathroom certainly needed renovation. However we had a wonderful stay so thank you.

    Cons -

    • We had wished that the standards of the room were a bit more for a 4 star hotel. Poor quality bedding and linens. Very old (not vintage) looking furniture. I just felt that they could still keep the essence of the palazzo hotel with just aligning a bit more with current esthetic
    • The bed on a different level to the bathroom was less than ideal for us but I may have missed that detail when booking.
    • Rooms where a bit overpriced

Wonderful view across the bay. To sit in the terrace with a beautifully prepared breakfast was a treat.

The staff was great. Very friendly and competent.

The stairs up to the bedroom . It was ok butwe aren’t so young anymore and so this might be a problem in future…

    Great historical building

The access by lift and mini funicular is a bit tricky …

Incredible view from the suite, which has its own private terrace amidst the olive groves, with wonderful sea views and sounds of the surf, very peaceful. Excellent dinner at the restaurant. Very friendly staff that made our stay truly warm and welcome. The hotel was formerly a bishop residence, dating from the 1500s and retaining many period details and frescoes while providing modern conveniences. Will come back again.

Nothing (the shower is small but does the job)

Very attentive staff. Unique accomodation in a bishop owned palace with interesting history. Great communication from staff and spacious, well equipped room.

The staff at this property are incredibly kind and helpful. Could not have asked for more attentive, eager and interested assistance. The restaurant is outstanding. The view is incredible. Its just a dream.

If I has to make one small nit picky criticism it would be to say that the bathrooms could stand to be updated. But, then again, you are staying in a centuries old bishopric, they are supposed to be old!

great location. super nice stafffun to take the lift to arrive

the room was a bit noisy ( just above the kitchen)

Nice views and friendly staff. A lot of character in this old Bishop's palace, which is both good and bad. It is a short walk from the beach and old part of Noli. Parked below the elevator in a public area with reasonable pricing.

Not great value for money, we paid around €215 and would say that around €145 would be reasonable for the season. The hotel feels a bit like a museum. Not dirty, but everything except perhaps the bathroom is very, very old. The TV in the room was tiny, like 14". Did not bother to turn it on. We prefer a modern hotel, but that was mostly my fault, as I didn't research much, just booked randomly on short notice. More like a old 3-star hotel.

The sea sight and the position.

The breakfast. Very poor . No buffet! It was very cold during the night , we took a blanket from the closet, but it was not enough . The internal finishing, not meeting the expectations.

Not often have I experienced such nice and caring staff. They went the extra mile and further! Also the breakfast was lovely, fresh fruit, yoghurts, different freshly made cakes, juices, cereal and full cooked breakfast, too.
