Pros +
- Lovely hotel, great location Fantastic restaurant. Have the steak! Staff all very nice too.
- We have stayed here before and was thought well-enough to stay again. The rooms (on the ground floor) have a small terrace overlooking gardens with seating and the rooms are generously sized. The bar/lounge is welcoming and well served. Adequate parking and good wi-fi. The Manager was present, accessible and amenable. Easy reach of Hardelot Plage.
- It was really peaceful around the hotel, very lush green and cost/quality. It was comfortable, clean, nice and delicious breakfast (except scrambled egg). Reception sitting area was also nice.
Cons -
- Decor and room furniture/beds was still a little tired (as it was a year ago). Separate WC from bathroom not ideal (but not easily remedied). Lounge can get noisy with large groups of golfers ever-present but we found acceptable. Did not use dining room this time. Shame that economics have dictated that the once-extensive and well-tended grounds have been somewhat neglected. Pool survives, though.
- I think any hotel in the world with at least 3 star should have a front desk who can communicate in English which was missing in this hotel. Also, our bath tub was blocked; we only washed our kids feet for a couple of mins and it was already blocked.
- Sliding door great but didn’t feel ok about leaving open at night so can’t sleep with any fresh air

Great location for travelling with a dog as set in parkland and convenient ground floor rooms
Sliding door great but didn’t feel ok about leaving open at night so can’t sleep with any fresh air
Location, parking, check in,
Ideal hotel for us close to the Eurotunnel. Lovely big rooms and quiet location for a good nights sleep. Breakfast was excellent, plenty of choice.
Not much! If you're being really picky the decor is a little dated in the bedrooms but they are clean and spacious.
Clean, spacious and comfortable. Plenty of parking spaces. Pleasant, welcoming staff. Great food. Really glad we found this hotel and we’ll certainly be back!
breakfast was ok. room ok. free parking and pleasant staff. Clean room
Basic hotel rooms could do with updating the whole hotel, Grubby carpets, dated decor. Meal in resturant luke warm.
First floor room was newly refurbished and very pleasantGood breakfast
First room offered smelt damp at end of ground floor.
Nice spacious room and bathroom. On site parking. Swimming pool. On site restaurant with good breakfast and dinner. Quiet.
Needs a little spruce-up. Need a car or bike for the beach and town.
The locationThe groundsParking on siteSpacious roomFamiliarity, we have stayed in this hotel over many years
The hotel is a bit shabby,Looks the same as 10 years ago. Breakfast not really appealing
Large spacious room, very quiet as our room backed onto the large garden. Good choice of items for breakfast.
Bathroom slightly tired
The location is beautiful and peaceful. The property has a lot of potential.
The hotel was most probably a remarkable venue a couple of years ago. However, the owners have failed to invest to maintain their reputation. It is old and needs to be refreshed - both the common areas and the room. In particular, with respect to the room, the carpet appears very old and not that clean, the walls need to be cleaned and painted, the linens needs to be replace (stains, sign of wear, uncomfortable), the mattress is very hard and of cheap quality. They alone the fact that the room looks old, it is also not cleaned properly... For the price we paid, this is very far from what we expected and really does not compare well with other accommodation where we stayed at in the area. This affected our vacation and I am sorry to stay at this hotel.
Beautiful scenery in an excellent location! Nice good sized room.
The room were clean and comfortable. Having a swimming pool was a bonus. The friendly staff.
The food was satisfactory.
We really loved this hotel. It was very comfortable, great position, beautiful interiors. The breakfast was great, the bar was perfect and all the staff were so friendly and welcoming. We highly recommend and send special thanks to all at the hotel for making it such a nice stay
Very large rooms with separate sitting area and terrace.
There were no other places to wat nearby. As on bikes didn't want to have to travel for food although hotel did have a restaurant
Great location, lovely surroundings and great facilities.
Dinner is expensive but there are some good restaurants nearby.
Staff were so friendly and helpful. My kids loved the outdoor pool as it was just us there. Dinner was excellent. We would definitely stay again.
Pine needles around the pool meant that our feet got dirty when leaving. Other than that I wish we booked for longer.
Good rooms and restaurant Easy check in Location Excellent staff
