BQ Alcudia Sun Village

The hotel was perfect for a family sun Holiday as you had everything onsite (food, pools, kids activities). The buffet were actually quite good quality compared to what we would expect from a 3star resort. Staff were always really friendly and the animation team was great!

The rooms could be a little bit more modern but for a 1 week holiday we couldn't complain too much. I wish there wasn't a damp smell coming out of the bathroom as much.

The location, the ambience, overall activities for kids are good. The activities at night like disco n other shows are great too.Lots of food items across all the time of day is a big plus for this place. Wide range is there for everyone, adults , kids .. Beach is very near to visit quickly.

The beds are not the most comfy ones. They are moving and the double beds are two single ones together. For us with a baby that sleeps sometimes in our bed, it was difficult to manage sleep. Also there were a lot of mosquitoes

We liked everything. Location, price, cleanliness, staff, show program, food. It's a quiet hotel, many people with children, but it didn't bother us. Nice houses, although a bit old, but they keep privacy and clean, lots of space. The food is varied and tasty, although there are no different restaurants here, as there are at all-inclusive hotels. Special thanks to the staff.

Probably mosquitoes if you go for a walk in the evening to the lake in the garden area.

I don't understand why I should stay in this hotel, for example, with my family in the future, it's far from the sea, the pool is close to the dining room, but I can't imagine spending time there, for example, for a week at a time for a business trip and staying for one night, it's good but at a higher price than €150 per night is absolutely unreasonable Loud from street on first rooms

Very impressed with all the staff, their friendliness and their professionalism.Nothing was too much trouble for them, they interacted with everyone, especially patient with young families Food was delicious and plenty of variety, above what I expected. Very well organised

Very good location: 7-8 min walking from a clean sandy beach with a very shallow sea, perfect for small children. Also there are lakes nearby with ducks which give an impression of being close to the nature. There is a direct bus connection to the airport (Palma), Palma city, tpwn of Alcudia (a bus stop is just 5 min walking). A lot of activities for children (sport, pools, playgrounds, mini disco every evening etc), very nice pools. Very friendly and helpful staff. Food is more or less the same every day but tasty and anyone can find something for them. Free usage of the washing and drying machines.

One day there was some smell in the air, probably from the lakes. The walkways are very slippery when wet. Especially concrete ones. Sometimes ants are visiting the apartment, even at the 1 floor. For adults the see might be too shallow, as well as the pool.

There are 3 good sides in the hotel. Really good location, 5 minutes away from the beach. Room cleaning is good and nice food, but meat and sea products are together, if you have allergies that is dangerous

Air conditioning in the restaurant is not working or really weak. It is really hot there. It is impossible to sit there and enjoy the food. I can imagine how hard it is to work there. Toilets next to the swimming pools are really dirty after lunchtime, lots of water and toilet paper on the floor. Swimming pool, lots of sand inside and water is warm and cloudy. Day before we moved out, I went to reception to ask if we could take something from the dinner for my small daughter for breakfast because of the early flight. She said no but advised us to come in the morning, and a member of reception would open a restaurant for us to take sandwiches , I asked her where we could put them, and she advised us bin bags. Moving out was best as well. Gentlemen on the reception did not tell me even a word. I just gave me a deposit for the locker. I do understand that it is a 3-star hotel, but where are those stars???? And I am not that person who is complaining without any reason, but here is a bit too much in one place

Pool for children ok.

Dirty common areas, dead insects in the room, poor food. Very long waiting times to have a towel in the room. Unsmiling and grumpy staff.

The facility is good, except wi-fi. The animation team was excellent. The variety of food is good. The events in the evening were very nice. The stuff is very friendly, the room is cleaned every day. The beds are comfy.

Rip off in receiption loud street

Receptionist charge me extra for tax I said booking has this tax included in the price and she said booking lied I don’t have towels in my room room was opposite to bus stop wake up every hour can’t connect to WiFi

Nice, self-contained one-bedroom units located next to each other. Basic, but more than adequate kitchenette. Close to the communal pool. 2 minute walk to a Spar. Friendly reception staff. Pool not too crowded when we visited (first week Sept).

Lovely location. Clean, basic apartment. Shower is fab! Food lovely in restaurant and warm welcome.

The kitchen could do with an extra scrub on Hob and Wall behind but didn't bother us.

I would sugest that reserving sunbeds beside swimming pool by putting towels and then not showing up for few hours should be forbidden

1st day are room was stinking full of mold 2nd room was worse final got a good one I am 63 have health problems my chest was bad the rest of are holiday
