The hotel is perfect if you’re traveling with children. That said, if you’re looking for peace and quiet, this may not be the right choice. The hotel has everything you need to enjoy your stay even with very young kids – plenty of activities, several pools with different depths, and restaurants offering a wide variety of food. The staff were always friendly and helpful, and they also assisted us with arranging airport transfers. Overall, it’s a very good hotel, and I can especially recommend it for families.

The hotel is very crowded. During breakfast and dinner times the restaurants are packed, by the pools it feels like a battle for sunbeds, and at the slides you have to wait in line for long minutes. Because of the huge number of people, I think there are also issues with hygiene. The staff are clearly trying their best, but they seem overworked, and this affects cleanliness. During our 6-night stay, our room was never properly cleaned. The trash wasn’t taken out every day either – we had to chase down the cleaners to hand it over and ask for a new bag. The sand we brought in was never swept up, although the bed was made, which in my opinion is less important.

The beach was really nice, the pool area was good for kids.

Our room had a smell of pee (not from the bathroom. It seems someone peed in the room), we contacted reception, and they helped to clean the sofa, which has had obvious stain however that did not solve the issue, and the room was still smelly.

The breakfast buffet was really not what I expected. Although we paid for it we didn’t use it for the remainder of our stay as we didn’t like it at all.

Room was big and beach was good but…

We’ve done all inclusive resort holidays In Turkey, Mexico and here this is by far the worst value for the money we paid. Kids club is a joke with hours and reservations, after all you pay for hotel you still have to pay 20 euro for sunbed and umbrella PER DAY, they want 1 euro per towel to change, only free change in thursday monday. Overall whole stuff was straight out rude, except room cleaners. Bar and kitchen stuff shouldn’t work in service business, never experienced such a careless people. Also double check what you are getting in your plate if you have alergy or strict diet because they mixed up tags for multiple times. Goes on and on… just be smart go spend your money somewhere else

The location

It was a room with no sunlight, there was also a mold smell inside, and the balcony smelled of sewage.

The swimming pool was well-suited for children, and the on-site beach added to the appeal.

Unfortunately, the room description does not match the actual room that was provided. It appears that the description was crafted with the intent of misleading guests. I initially believed I had been assigned the incorrect room, but when I inquired and provided the details from my booking on Booking.com, they confirmed that the room did not exist. They then attributed the issue to an inaccuracy on Booking.com's end. They claimed they did not write that information on booking.com. Despite the room's significant deviation from my expectations, the hotel insisted on taking the reservation and pursuing legal action against Booking.com for compensation. Unfortunately, I had no other choice.

The price in comparison to neighbourhood hotels, the location just on the beach as on picture. A loot of sun beds. Huge amount of kids areas, swimming pools. There were a lot of kids but I didn’t feel it. Zones are split very good

Food only works until 10 pm . Wish having an option to eat on the hotel territory any time.

Great hotel just near the sea!

Our room was cleaned 3 times in 8 days, i do not know if it is ok, but with 3 kids - it was a bit messy

We loved the position in front of the beach. It is the only plus I can give to this hotel.

Very bad service. It was the dirtiest hotel we have ever stayed at. The restaurants are dirty. At the Taverna can only go once and only by reservation for those staying more than 7 nights. Tables are wiped with the same dirty dishwashing tent. Their appliances are dirty. Food leaves something to be desired at lunch and dinner. Drinks during the day are from a cocktail machine and not good. Evening shows are of poor quality. The bathroom next to the entertainment area is very old and unkempt. Very disappointing, no value for money. The outside & pool area was only mopped in dirty water, not cleand automatically or with clean water. Daily we had the impression that we were in a dirty place. Too bad because the hotel has good potential.

The hotel itself has a relaxed, family-friendly vibe. The majority of guests were other families with young children, which made it feel welcoming and easy-going.The main restaurant, where we had half board, was surprisingly good — much better than expected for a 3-star hotel. There was a wide variety of dishes and drinks, and most meals were genuinely tasty.The beach is absolutely fantastic — easily the highlight of our trip. Clean, beautiful, and great for kids.Staff were consistently friendly and helpful across the board. A lovely gesture was the ice cream voucher we received for our son’s birthday — small but thoughtful.

We chose this hotel for a family getaway and to celebrate our son's birthday. While we had a generally good time and appreciated many aspects of the stay, there were some serious downsides — mostly related to the room.Despite requesting a quiet, pleasant room well in advance, we were placed in Block A on the ground floor — directly behind the kitchen area, facing trash bins. The smell was unpleasant throughout the day, and smoke from the grill often drifted into the room, making it hard to relax.Housekeeping was inconsistent — either skipped or attempted while we were in the room, and the floor was frequently covered in sand, which made it uncomfortable to walk barefoot.The “one-bedroom apartment” was misleading. It was essentially a standard room with a walk-in closet where the baby cot was squeezed in. There was also a persistent damp smell that never really went away.We tried the beach grill restaurant once and were disappointed. The selection was poor (mostly pasta), and some salads didn’t seem fresh.

The beach right in the back. It’s not part of the property (not private) but it’s definitely amazing to be able to walk out straight into a beautiful beach.

The smell: it was constantly smelling like sewage waste and mold. Definitely uncomfortable in that sense. It was filled with European loud families ?, so not the recommended version for a couple traveling without kids.

The Break fast spread was great, simply loved it. The kids section is an added advantage.

The Beds are just small as well the room poorly designed. The TV is dangling in the middle of everything, for the money could be better.

Location, beach, the family room was spacious and quiet as it was not facing the pool side.

Food was average, pool was too crowded and too loud. Wouldn’t recommend for families with older kids. We lost our belongings outside and inside the room and couldn’t find them at lost and found.

Well maintained, amazingly family friendly with baby clubs and kids interactive programs.

We liked the environment for kids: animators, slides, quiet room, high chairs in the restaraunts. The beach nearby is great. Also, the staff was very welcoming and helpful. Food is generally good as well, the Taverna Restaraunt is especially amazing!

All the meat and fish in The Green and Grill restaraunt is over-cooked. The water in kids pool is too cold.
