Location, breakfast, staff was friendly, price

everyday cleaning with new towels, smells good, food are delicious and generous

the comforter is thin and the location is far from bus stop

Room was a good size although a little dated. Adult pool was great. Nice, clean and quite. There was a free bus every half an hour to the beach. Drinks are very reasonable priced if you dont have all inclusive.

Food was terrible. We had breakfast included and also got a dinner one night but it was terrible. Poor quality and not much of a choice. Our room was at the back facing some kind of field and residential area so the view wasn’t the nicest. This was of course not a hotel fault but there were mosquitoes everywhere so get some repellent.

Not a 4 star hotel. The furniture was damaged by the water (not only in the bathroom). The wifi was working randomly.

Nothing really, the room was nice, large apartment, bar staff were rude at times, reception staff very good but never asked how was your stay or did you have a good time. I wasn't all inclusive but all the people with me said the food was poor everyday, it's a family hotel absolutely nothing arranged for children, like no kiddies club, a kids disco everynight for 30 minutes that was it. People looked bored nothing to do, too far away from shops, bars and restaurants.I would not recommend it, definitely never go back

The hotel is truly amazing, and so is the staff. The breakfast offering is top-notch, with a variety of delicious options.

The internet occasionally lost signal, likely due to the large number of guests. This definitely needs improvement.

Friendly staff, good and tasty breakfast menu. We loved the location of the hotel. There is a little supermarket in the same building.

There was really small ammount of vegetables in the breakfast area. Tomatoes only. We couldnt find onions, olives, pickles or something. Or maybe it just wasnt served the days we stayed.

The rooms were a lovely size and the balcony an amazing size, beautiful views over the lake.

The pillows were the most uncomfortable pillows ever, too low, but if doubled way to high. Wasn't a great sleep experienceDrawers in the cupboard smelt damp/musty

The location is lovely, and the breakfasts had an excellent and large variety. The staff very friendly and helpful.

The staff was so nice, the check-in, check out went well. We ask for a new hair dryer, and we got it in 2 hours later a brand new. The pools were great, ideal to swim and sunbathing.

We didn't like that all day long from 10.00 am to midnight there is loud music, and noisy program. We need some silent hours or siesta time during the day. We missed the juices from the breakfast. There is a limited space for parking. The beer in the bar was expensive and not a good quality.

Room was good but I got a double bed room (two twin beds) which were put next to each other instead of using double bed bedding.Breakfast was generous but really awful taste wise, I don't know how food can taste that bad.Location is good if you have a car.

Price Value, full facility, staff was excellent

A lot of mosquitos in the room. Coming through the ventilation system. Even if you killed like 10 of them, and have all the windows shut, they will appear at the end of the day through the ventilation system or under the main door

Pleasant staff, clean facilities, the food was actually delicious, i liked the different activities they had for both adults and children

Lots of pools, walking distance to beach and shops, or to hop on a bus to Alcudia old town. Staff friendly. Clean and tidy, good selection of food at the buffet.

Nothing really! It’s a good value hotel. We didn’t expect 5 star, it is what it is - enjoy the beach, enjoy the pool and hop on the bus to see some new places too.

Great location shuttle bus to the beach every half an hour  and good activities and entertainment during the day
