Clean and comfortable. Great access to Albufera natural park to see the birds.

We came by bus and once the store next door closed we had no access to drinking water. The hotel water is not safe enough to drink and they don?t offer any drinking water for guests.

Well kept, great place for family vacation with spacious rooms, professional staff, beautiful beach and tasteful food!

Good room facilities, generally things were very clean, swimming pools and sunbeds clean and tidy , close to the beach , staff were very polite and helpful

The staff were very helpful. Breakfast was yummy. The beach access was perfect. They have very good and interesting kids space.

Facilities were moderately old.

Food was good especially the omelettes.

No bath towels; no in room coffee; very difficult soap dispenser in the shower; 6:00am start time for outside workmen extremely disruptive.

The facilities were incredible. Great bedroom and nice path through the beach. Food quality was ok, but for the price it's perfect.

I would say it seems a hotel constructed in the mid 2000s, so the structure looks a bit old, but very well kept. The one negative, but not on the hotel, would be the distance from airport and how bad some roads are to get there.

Closing time of the kitchen at the pool restaurant was a bit early for our liking. This also happen with the dinner at the restaurant, (from 6.30pm to 9pm)We understand it's family orientated Hotel. But the bar could be open until 12 midnight. And acts at the hotel where not all that good.

The location, the care of the staff for us and the cleaning of the apartment

The smell in the air in the evening and in the morning. We were informed that it is due to the natural park (a swamp) across the street but the smell was rather like coming from sewer.This was unpleasant, especially in the morning when we were supposed to smell fresh air.And, funny was that it seems that they are not trying to solve it and did not inform us that they will complain further.

It is not same as pictures, we have to look for alternatives around. Bar’s food and drink quality are poor

Right on the beach and close to the cycle shops and restaurants. The reception staff were great. They helped us understand everything the hotel had to offer and were able to get us into our rooms earlier than expected.

Everyone working at the hotel was very friendly and made us feel welcome. Hotel is beautifully situated very close to the beach and the natural reserve. The breakfast was excellent with a little variation every day, dinner was also very good. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

The buses to the Port of Alcudia and Alcudia town were almost always full, even though it was a low season. The mini-market next to the hotel is quite expensive. There is no privacy on the balconies, they are open and next to each other.

We only stayed for one night and when we left the room to go for breakfast all our cash dissappeared - our wallets were in the bags so somebody had to search through our stuff! We travelled all around the world but this have never happened to us before! We only found out after we left so we contcted the hotel and left them several messages but we were totally ignored. Really, choose a different place to spend your vacation at.

Mosquitos. The food could be a bit more interesting and bigger range of desserts.

We stayed here early October, and this may be specific to that part of the season, but overall we were extremely happy with this hotel as it's very peaceful and spacious compared to our "family resort" expectations. No long lines at the buffet, plenty of pool / beach chairs, no noise around from other guests - just a very relaxed atmosphere.The beach is as close as it gets and beautiful - very kids friendly. The garden is nice with a lot of trees offering shade and adding to the atmosphere. We stayed in an apartment with a separate bedroom which worked perfectly for putting our daughter to bed early, and at no point were we disturbed by noise coming from other apartments. The kitchen would not work for any advanced cooking, but for our purpose of snacks in between meals and an early breakfast it was perfect. Surprisingly comfortable beds and pillows. Staff were very helpful - I even saw the guys working in the garden plan an alternative trip with a noisy lawn mower because they saw me putting my daughter to sleep in her stroller - 5 stars to them!Food is nice for buffet - Good amount of options, different meals each night, chefs cooking selected elements on the spot.

No major concerns or dislikes.The Saturday we arrived there was an outside live show with a singer from around 8:30 to 10:15 pm. It was in the garden, meaning all garden-facing rooms (including ours) was forced to take part - even when closing all doors it was very loud in the bedroom. We may be on a different time schedule than Southern Europe, but this is way past our kids bedtime. Honestly though, it turned out to be only that one evening, and that's perfectly bearable, so just a recommendation to share this information for mental preparation.Breakfast starts at 8 in the morning, dinner at 6:30 in the evening. Both are late for us, and judging by the line of families with small kids waiting to get seated at the dinner buffet we are not the only ones (all though we are aware that this is still very early for Spain).And for FYI: We are from Denmark - seems like we were the only non-Germans there. If you are also not from Germany, be prepared to get addressed in German-only by waiters so eager to show off their German skills objections like "I don't speak German" will not stop them ;)
