    Pros +

    • Direct access to beautiful beach, friendly and hardworking staff, food, entertainment.
    • Great facility with ample space for various activities. Very well organized, providing comfort despite the crowd. Nice decor. Excellent staff, very professional and courteous. Very good food.
    • The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready to help, which made our stay even more special. A special shout-out goes to the restaurant at the Martinete resort – the service was excellent, the food outstanding, and we were especially delighted by the beautiful surprise birthday cake.

    Cons -

    • Our air conditioning wasn’t so great in our room. The room was humid and hot.
    • Difficult to reserve the restaurants for dinner. Limited and outdated amenities provided for beach access, including the absence of resort-provided chairs. The mobile app is slow and glitchy. Rooms fell small for a family of four. Beds and pillows were not quite comfortable. The overall stay felt a bit overpriced.
    • The beds were not ideal and not comfy as expected. the swimming pool water was a bit cold especially for kids. The kids garden is in a different floor which means that you should leave other places and since it's in the backyard of other rooms it's a bit feel private for them. The beach was not private and did not have proper facilities like shower or toilets. There was a doctor at the hotel but we paid 140 euros in cash for the visit which was a surprise. every morning it was not clear when the hammocks would be available, one day it was 8:30 and the next day at 10.

The food is amazing! the staff are super helpful and nice. They know how to charm the guests. super! The rooms are clean. the flooring is in tiles which helps for children not picking up dirt easily. there are multiple swimming pools with enough space and never too crowded. you can use other hotel environment which is really helpful. the crowd is always managed everywhere so it's not crowded anywhere. there are multiple activities for the kids every day and the young staff who manage these are super nice. Ice cream shop for is a bless. outside of the hotel there are multiple places to shop stuff if you need anything. we needed drugstore and they were also helpful. the beach was clean and close. my family loved it! we will definitely be back.

Perfect for families with little children. Pools are great. Place is clean. The staff are great. The food is above expectations. Very well organized. Nice view and good beach access.

Music is turned off around 22:30 so this might not suit all families as its a rather late hour for small children but if they nap they will be ok

    Everthing. It was perfect.

The only point (not relate to the hotel) is that the beach in front of the Hotel is public and if you want o rent a chair set you need to pay in cash (21€ per set).

The excellent food, the beach and the activities

Bathrooms needed some more ground cleaning

It is comfortable and nice, the staff is amazing, they are kind and make you feel good all the time, some examples of them are Loly, Sergio, Daniel, Maria. It is in front of a beautiful beach. It has many activities and things to do. The SPA was amazing too. It is all inclusive and this is great, at the bar the cocktails are very good and at the coffee shop, coffee and snacks are good.

It says it is dog friendly, it is not really thar. They let you have your dog in the room, that’s it, this is not really dog friendly. At some hours there is a line to go to the restaurant, so mind that time or go before there is a line.

Everything about this place was great, especially for our little ones (4 and 6) who had a blast playing on multiple playgrounds, trampolines and swimming pools. They made lots of friends and had the chance to pick different foods they liked in the buffet.

It was a shame the indoor pool was closed (which was one of the reasons we booked). But didn't mean we didn't like staying!

Stuff was super helpful, food was delicious, whole facility was clean, fast access to the beach.

Food was great!, the beds are amazingly comfortable even our toddler slept in!The beach is wonderful.A lot of children (and we were off season) so consider it.

It was raining so there was nothing indoors to do with a toddler. Not such a big snack bar between meals.

    9JosePosted on: 4-16-2025

food and all the activities for the kids

there was no opern food for the whole day. Just a mini cafeteria with quite simple borring snacks.

    9ArentPosted on: 1-22-2025

Food was amazing, tasty bubbles, good wines, very diverse and excellent kitchen! Kids club had good hours and nice staff. Rooms are very nice, spacy and recently renovated. Overall very friendly people. Right on the beach, reflects the photos. I would definitely recommend for the families with kids.

We went off season, and really enjoyed it. Not sure how crowded it is during the regular season. The indoor pool was crowded during our stay so we swam in the outdoor pool (not heated).

We stayed for 6 nights in family room. About the resort:Albufera Park is more for family (as the family rooms, kids pools and kids activities are in this area) and Albufera Playa is more for couples or groups without kids.Location:The hotel is reachable by public bus from the airport. it took about 1,5 hours and the bus stop is also quite close by. We really love our stay in this resort. It is basically two hotels combined as one resort, but hotel guests can use any of the facilities in both hotels.Beach is not private but it is only few steps away from the hotel. there are sunbeds which you can rent for about 14eur per day for 2 sunbeds. Dining:There are 6 restaurants but these are not always open at the same time. However, at one meal time you always have 2-3 options to dine in. The buffet restaurants (3 of them) do not require reservation, but the ala carte restaurants do need reservations which you can do conveniently via their app upon check-in. Sometimes the displayed available timings for tables are quite strange, but you can contact the hotel staff at the reception and they can adjust it for you.Tips: try their Spanish restaurant, it was so good! Conclusion:What I can really highlight is the friendliness of the staff, the quality of food (there are always a lot of good selection in the buffets, and the food in the ala carte restaurants do also have good quality), and the activities offered for the kids (kids open air cinema with popcorn stand was a total superb idea)!

Coffee taste could be improved, at least at the Star Café (we expected more proper coffees..). Waiting times in Greek Restaurant could be improved - we waited really long time for our dish, unlike in Mexican and Spanish restaurants. The dining chairs in Mistral restaurant is too low. The pedicure in the spa could be improved - when I was there, the lighting was minimal and I was in a hurry to go, so I did not check the nails properly. But when I arrived in my room, I realized that the result was not neat. But the massage was nice, though.

The room was clean and spacious, the food was amazing, the beach was next to the hotel and the staff was so helpfull and friendly. Thank you for an amazing time, we really enjoyed our stay.

Super kids friendly - lovely lay out of the property, great facilities and everything accessible and clean

Beds were a bit too hard but my daughter loved the bulk bed

Great hotel for families, right on the beautiful beach. Pools were amazing, out kids loved itGreat food & drink selection, especially fish, fruit, vegetables- incredibly tasty. The food has been freshly prepared and changed every day + there is cafeteria opened 24/7.Nice spacious room easily accommodated 4 of usIt looks big complex, but we didn’t have the feeling of crowded hotel, ppl distributed across the facilities and several pools.

We would appreciate better matraces for this category of hotel on all of bedsAs there is a lot of mosquitoes, nets on the windows would be greatBe aware the beach is public and you have to pay extra for sun-beds & umbrella (if available when you come to the beach)

Hotel grounds, activities, food buffets we’re fantastic, beach

    A bit pricey

Location of this hotel is very good, good breakfast in the morning. Good entertainment for kids, pool for kids are nice.

Hotel advertising that have x4 restaurants, but we could not to get to even 1 which is really disappointing after spending so much for two rooms, restaurants are always fully booked weeks in advance, hotel also should be for family’s with kids only, as all this hotel based on family with kids, would not recommend to go as a couple at all or alone, hotel does not have private beach, does not leave water in the rooms, also hotel is infested with mosquitos so make sure you bring spray.

Everything was wonderful! Food was healthy and delicious. I love that they source their produce locally. Facilities were clean and very strategically designed. Everything at the resort is made for your and your kids comfort and good time. Hotel is right on the beach which was great for us since my parents only wanted to swim in the ocean. Entertainment was geared towards both children and adults. Well organized schedule of activities for every day! Hotels sustainability efforts deserve praise - no plastic straws or containers, everything is compostable, reusable and organic. Very impressed! Work well done! Special shout out to restaurant manager Loly and our waitress Nikola! Thank you for wonderful service! We hope to come back again next season:)
