The best part about the hotel is the food, the location, the staff.Food was amazing: we had booked breakfast and dinner. Breakfast menu was always the same, but there were many choices. Dinner was always different and super tasty!The rooms were very clean, room size is larger than expected. We were a family of 4 in a 2 room apartment and it was great. The kitchen was a bit older, but we did not cook there, because the food was so good at the restaurant. The location is directly at the beach! The staff were also super friendly, always helpful. We were invited for a free lunch on the last day, which was very kind. We will definitely be coming back next year and recommending this hotel to friends!Thank you for the lovely vacation. :)

The kitchen could be better equipped.

The beach is just a short walk from the hotel, the staff were consistently friendly and helpful, our room was clean and comfortable, and the adult dining options were delicious

In my view, the selection of toddler dishes is rather short, the hotel’s pool is quite small, and certain areas of the property could use refurbishment

location was good, right on the beach, kids could run to hotel or bar for snacks. Area full of shops, close bust stop to Alcudia Port or Palma. Swimming pool was nice with many sun beds ( we were in Spetember and we could always find free beds). Night shows was nice for kids. I loved the matteress , so comfortable !!! but unfortunately two single beds were put together, therefore we often ended up in a hole between the bed. Desserts were nice

long line to bar, sometimes we needed to wait 10 or more min to get what we wanted. two single beds which moved apart instead of one double. Food could have been better.

The hotel is right next to the beach which is convenient. There's also a bus station right next to the hotel with buses going to Alcudia and nearby locations. The staff, especially at the buffet were extremely pleasant and kind, welcoming us with a smile every time. The food choice was ok, with some variety during dinner time (e.g. Mexican and Asian food, one night each).

The room was a little outdated and not well maintained. During the hotter days (in September) the A/C basically didn't work and we couldn't use it during the night to cool our room.

All the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The food was absolutely delicious, and the chefs were so kind and willing to prepare anything we wanted for the children. We truly appreciated their care and attention.The sea was literally just a few steps away, which made our stay even more perfect.

The only thing is that the bed linens could have been fresher.

Central location

Bathroom drain had a strong smell of sewage. Bed was super uncomfortable. Breakfast and dinner buffet standard pretty low. Noise from road and hotel's own outside vents. WiFi was poor.

The apartment gets cleaned everyday. You get free drinks from the bar as welcome gift. We love the location of the apartment given to us — it has a great view of the sea.

The temperature control of the room. We put it on 15 degrees to cool the room and still warm air comes out. But opening the balcony door and window helped to cool the apartment.

Great location, clean, large rooms, courteous staff

So many screaming children. This is definitely a family hotel and not for solo travelers or those seeking tranquility.

The location was very good.

Its fair that you have to pay deposit for the towels, but why cant you just pay it with your card. The ATMs outside charge you enormous money these days were everything is cashless.

Location is excellent, sea view is magnetic, the apartment is great, service at restaurant and its staff are outstanding.

The sunbeds, arranged tightly next to one another, with hardly any space inbetween. There are spaces that easily allow sunbeds to be dispersed.

Liked the location and the sea close by, good food and plenty to choose from, ok drinks

The room we were given was located directly across to their stage that has activities onwards from 20:30 in the night and with a small baby this is not great at all as it is extremely loud and feels like concerts are in your room.Room service was not cleaning the rooms too well as floors were always having some dirt or sand or hair after the service.

My family liked everything. Food was amazing, variety of choice, nice area to sit outside. We had private pool, it worth to pay extra. Staff are so nice, they do their job, even with fussy clients. Will come back one day definitely, even I prefer to change places.

In our experience was nothing bad, but we heard about soft mattresses :)

I've been there before. I knew what to expect.The ground floor apartement with pool infront of it was great.Breakfast is very good and well worth it.

Ventillator in shower did not work.Cabinets may need some update.

The hotel is right in front of a beautiful beach, ideal for families with children. Big room with a small kitchen was a plus. Staff is polite and helped us arrange a great transfer from and to the airport.

Facilities are slightly outdated and cleanness could be improved, but nothing too bad, would stay again.

Location is perfect, the staff are really nice and the rooms are comfy. They also moved us to a room with a better view after we asked if it was possible and the food at the canteen/restaurant is pretty good.

Food at the beach bar is not very good. Some rooms in the newer area are right next to a club which plays music until midnight every day and later over weekends; it wasn’t a problem for us, but it’s something you’d want to know in advance. The two “longer” pools are reserved for some rooms only.

Not close to the old town though there was a direct bus and taxis were fine. Beach quite busy.
