Nice bright room, modern bathroom with good quality soap, shampoo and shower gel. Free parking.

NO INTERNET CONNECTIVITY AT ALL !! The check in person even battled to get online to check us in!The check in desk and reception area was basic at best and not welcoming. The check in person was not well trained and seemed disinterested.

Great check-in staff. Very beautiful inn with excellent location to M road.

Property was very nice. Town was run down, though.

The ambience of the place was great. The staff were super friendly. The rooms were nice and bathrooms very modern with great showers. The pub below was great.

That we couldn’t stay longer. It was a little hot and stuffy temp wise at breakfast.

? Explore, Taste, and Travel with Us!Follow our adventures and food journeys on Insta: vibrant_wanderer_rhythmA night mare really . Thankfully it was only for a night.Shabby desk name sake for a reception.Tardy stairs and lifts. To our shock it is more a hostel where people you common washrooms. We had a room with balcony and private bathroom booked for us. Rather basic. They stole our T-shirt and after calling them up multiple times to return it to us, they first kept making stories and then said some one came n took the T-shirt. A bunch of lies to steal our customized Myrka T-shirt all the way from Iceland.Absolutely not recommended until and unless You r a bag packer

Very friendly staff, great pub with great pub food, excellent one night stay. The two young busy girls ( Chloe and..?) were delightful, happiest servers we’ve seen for awhile!

    Food was very good

It said live music every Saturday night but there wasn't

The staff were friendly. It’s right off the motorway. Bathroom had a heated floor. There is a car park.

Our room was freezing, it went down to 12 degrees ( I brought a room thermometer as I had a baby with me). The staff tried to fix the heater but it didn’t work. There is a skylight in the room that can’t be covered - which isn’t great when you have a baby and are trying to keep them asleep. The shower ran out of water completely, half way through. The pressure just got lower and lower and then there was no more water so I couldn’t wash the shampoo out of my hair. Every lightbulb is a white one and the hallway light was flickering so it gave the whole place a cold atmosphere. In the hallway on the way out to the car park, there was a leak in the roof that was so bad it looked like the demon from stranger things was coming through. There was a bucket underneath it and they had screwed on a wooden panel but it was eating through that too. Didn’t feel safe as it could drop out of the sopping wet ceiling at any point. Was black and orange mould all in it, disgusting.Breakfast was not good. The place was very overpriced for what it was.

Breakfast not available until 9.00 which was no good for my own needs. Very disappointed with the only staff member available.

There was nothing good about this property I'm afraid extremely disappointed all round I would not go back to this so called accommodation

Attended a wedding at Mountain View, just 10 minutes up the road and next day after a lovely breakfast we went into beautiful Waterford City as we were so close.

    5JohnPosted on: 2-17-2025

Easy access to main road. Efforts are made to modernise the property like underfloor heating in the bathroom. The room was clean and the staff friendly.

Bucket for leaking water on main corridor, there is heating in the room which needs to be left on as the building is quite old
