Ibis Cannes Mouans Sartoux

Comfortable big bed, and very clean room. The shower was good too. Being able to check in anytime suited us as we arrived late. Really good location for the village and train.

The room had mismatched lightbulbs and very bright lights. It is a basic room but comfortable overall.

We had a short stay in Mouans Sartoux and we enjoyed our stay at the Ibis. The hotel is conveniently located next to the train station, 15 min by foot from the Musee International de la Parfumerie and 7 min by foot from the town main square, where there are many restaurants. We enjoyed the facilities at the hotel: free parking, pool. Thank you to the staff for a warm welcome!

Breakfast variety suited us perfectly and easy to find tasty items. Staff were very professional and friendly particularly at check in as the payment from booking co had not been passed on in time - handled very well, full marks.We have stayed in Ibis Moans Sartoux before and found it to be excellent having travelled from Ireland by car.

Absolutely nothing - it was perfect in every way. Very Happy !

Everything was fine. Very comfortable and clean. Really nice staff.

I ordered dinner my first night. Not good. I felt like the lasagne had been sitting in the refrigerator for a couple of years.Also, they had no connection with a local laundry or dry cleaning place. I had to arrange that on my own.

Both hotel and Car Park were of high order - that's all that's need to enjoy.

An alarm sounded I think about 3 or 4 am and we all had to start running. Two ladies were comimg up the stairs and told people that all was ok - no fire or anything .Thought that staff should have been mor hands on even to explain in the morning.

Service and location near highway. Restaurants nearby in the town for dinner. Very easy parking.

Toilets are flight cabin type with small shower. Although they are good enough for a shower for your stop and go trip.First room smelled ugly but after complaining they provided a new room.

The breakfast was very good value for money and I am gluten intolerant and just mentioned it and the chef gave me. Basket of gluten free goodies.

I would say the bathroom could have been a little cleaner and the floor was a bit dusty.

The staff were not very helpful as my friend was disabled and we needed the rooms for until 3pm ,even though they thought it was 3am in morning .The staff in duty were very abrupt and I would not recommend this hotel again because if this.we had to arrange to stay with friends as our flight was not till 10pm in evening9

Great value for money, super location, friendly staff, and a cute little pool. 2min walk to the lively village centre with lots of restaurants. Adjacent to train station but couldn't hear trains at all.

The toilet is like a pre-assembled one, the same as the one in a camper. And it's small, probably it's ok if you are just a couple but with a baby it's not

Everything you would expect from an Ibis hotel - clean, comfortable and friendly staff. Great, secure parking.

Including "Cannes" in the name is misleading. It's at least a 30 minute drive away in good traffic. We should have checked the map more closely.

First of all I would like to thank Julia, the lady at the reception desk. Without her efforts and customer care I would probably have slept under a bridge. Due to a misunderstanding with "Booking", my reservation was cancelled for overbooking. I have to admit that I was rather aggressive, but she managed to keep calm and was very helpful. In the end I could sleep at Ibis. As for the hotel: absolutely clean, big room, not so big bathroom but large enough, comfortable bed, excellent breakfast consisting of fresh food.

The friendly staff and relaxed atmosphere. The pool was a welcome bonus. Breakfast was good with plenty of choices.

Furnishings and furniture in the room felt more like student accommodation. Shortage of sockets (none next to the bed)

It was so bland and boring. nothing but a bed in a box. not even charging points or plugs next to the bed. Not at all cosy. terrible food options particularly for a semi-remote location.

No aircon in room. But night staff kindly gave us a fan to alleviate the two hot nights.
