Very kind staff, met our requirements. Quiet place, good breakfast.

Presence of mold in the shower and lack of mechanical ventilation in the bathroom

Staff was friendly

Said free coffee and kettle but it was missing, only one pillow, only a comforter and no sheet so really hot. And opening the door would have the highway noises. Rest was fine

Rooms were a little dated but clean, no restaurant which was disappointing but options near by, all staff spoke English

Hotel needs an urgent make-over. Most of it out dated. If the hotel is so close to a motorway it should do something to reduce that noise. If I would be the owner I would build a complete new hotel.

Poor clean, no central heating and lift facilities

The hotel was in a fairly central location, with supermarket, fast food and a main road nearby.The staff were friendly and helpful, the carpark was secure and free, plus free WIFI and a reasonable TV.

I would have preferred a smart TV with access to YouTube.

The convenience, the front desk staff and comfort of bed

Shower never became hot, also sink, Wifi was not secured, lots of rotting edges along walls.

Located by the highyway appropriate for a stopover on your way. Big room.

Not located in a very friendly neighborhood.

The hotel is a bit run down, unlike the pictures that make it look modern

The staff try the best with all the family group.

The problem with the rooms. Our family flew from Canada and after few hours they had to look for a different hotel because there was a problem with the booking.

the young lady at the desk was phenomenal! very obliging and willing to go beyond the norm to make sure that we were happy. for that alone the stay was worth it! we were in the area for some appointments. the hotel was just the kind of inn that is helpful for people who have something to do in the area.

the door open card doesn't work ,last two nights we were waiting in reception for fix it.

The shower was good and I loved how warm it was constantly.Room Cleaning staff was kind.

The room was small and had a horrible smell. It could be a little cheaper as the rooms are not fantastic.Towels need to be changed. It was very old and the white colour of the towels changed to beige. That was not very pleasant.One staff was so rude to me because I sat in the diner area for 1mn to pick up an important phone call as my husband was asleep and I didn't want to wake him up. He came up and asked me to leave the area, I tried to explain that it would not take 2mn, but he shouted at me to leave the area. There was nowhere outside the room to sit and chill as the area next to the reception had a TV on + volume the receptionist that night was watching. Unpleasant situation.The picture does not represent the reality. There is no sofa as seen in the picture to sit and relax outside the room.

I think it could be a little more cheaper as the rooms are not fantastic. The shower was good and I loved how warm it was constantly when in winter.

Quite old inside. Restaurant was very limited menu and expensive. Left over lunch menu served at dinner, 2 curry dishes. Photos on Booking.com didn’t display the true views of the property inside and out.We were disappointed all round.
