I was charged €450 deposit and haven’t received it back, I was told that I will receive it 2 days after check out

The rooms are clean and comfortable. There is a work area near reception which is handy.

I have stayed here several time over many months and the staff and restaurant standard has declined in my opinion.The menu becomes a bit repetitive, but there are plenty of places to eat within a few minutes walk.There are no tea/coffee facilities in the room.The room plug sockets are in the most awkward and ridiculous place. The design is astonishing. Expect to have a struggle!The relaxing areas have strange and uncomfortable seating.

Easy of finding location. Easy of using the check in service and the helpful staff. Nice restaurant and a relaxing place to be.

The noise in the hotel. The rooms seemed to have very thin walls.

The breakfast was good. Staff were friendly.

I couldn't find plug sockets in the room and it was quite noisy. Having to pay a €200 deposit wasn't mentioned anywhere when booking. Not impressed with that!

Very clean and comfortable. Great bar lounge and wonderful restaurant.

Breakfast was a bit chaotic but the food was good and the staff were helpful. They probably need more mugs, plates and cutlery!

No food served on Sunday night and only 1 towel per person. There always appeared to be 1 fewer members of staff than they actually needed, meaning things did get delayed at mealtimes.

Room is ok but has unfortunately no proper desk. Bed is good, slept very well but a comfortable seat or chair is missing.

The hotel was clean and one of the staff was kind enough to help us with our luggage as we had an infant. Overall facilities were okay.

I had a lot of expectation booking this hotel but was so disappointed from the beginning. I had made prior warning of my bookings including making calls from london to France before making some of the bookings.We initially thought we needed just a night at the hotel so 1 night was booked however on 2nd thought as the place was quite far we decided we might need 3nights altogether. I contacted the hotel and was advised that amendments can’t be made on the initial booking but i should do 2 other separate bookings and then they will merge so we can stay in the same rooms for all the nightsOn arrival, we were told multiple times we didnot pay then they agreed we paid after showing evidence. Then we were told to pay €600 euros for all 3 nights which did. Next day we were cut off no access to the rooms that we had not paid for the rooms. The cleaner even knocked to remind us that we have to leave as he has been sent to clean.My friend with a 1year child had gone down stairs to get some warm water when her child was sleeping. she could not access the lift to the room which obviously uses the hotel room key as it was cut off.A lot of panic and the person who claimed to be manager just told her you have to pay first before you access the room. She pleaded that she needed to see her child first emphasising that we had paid and can resolve this after getting her child but the manager was not very understanding initially. Eventually she was allowed in. On checking their records. They had cancelled the €600 they demanded we pay as damage deposit without informing us and then claimed we did not pay. This inconvenience was worst ever moreover from different staff. No apologies were given.As for the breakfast it was not as expected. My friend only had it 1 day and could not have the next 2 days. You need to do better in terms of communication and treating your guests well.

Very clean, Facilities, staff helpful, value for money and good location

Clean and neat rooms.

Breakfast during weekend only from 7 am onwards despite the answer on my question that I received by mail before booking. This is quite late when you have to cross the Parisian traffic.

The property was clean and comfortable The staff were very friendly

Breakfast was limited Only one iron in the entire hotel Our room wasn’t cleaned for the 3 nights we stayed even though I asked for the bedsheets to be changed

Aircon was centrally controlled and set to 17 but temperature was 24 with no way to make it cooler.

Good locations for our purposes, breakfast was good, meals were good but limited vegetarian selection. Staff were friendly and helpful

Rooms were very basic and not particularly comfortable, reception is a round table on entrance, only 1 vegetarian dish on the menu.

Breakfast was good, with a nice selection. Dinner was also nice, much better than I had expected. All the staff spoke English which made everything so much easier, thanks!

Some "clean" plates in the breakfast pile were actually dirty, with caked on residue.
