The pools were pristine, the views breathtaking, and both the interior and exterior décor were beautifully designed — a truly luxurious and relaxing atmosphere throughout.

Only the AC background noise in the room

Excellent breakfast, all the staff are very helpful and nice.

The gym and spa area was nice but could be a bit bigger.

    7MarianaPosted on: 4-17-2025

The room was spacious and the bed comfortable. The staff was very friendly and I enjoyed starting the day with live piano music in the breakfast room.

The facilities in the hotel, in the room and the quality of products served do not meet a 5 star level. The gym is small and has no natural light; the bar/playroom only has a TV and a billiard (one could have expected a ping pong table, or babyfoot, or other indoor games); other than the various outdoor pools, the spa area is very small and frankly looks abandoned, and there isn't much else to do on a colder or rainy day. We paid for the all inclusive package and were disappointed to find that not only were lunch and dinner buffet not served due to low season but we had to choose from a couple of options in a set menu, which we had to complain about before we were granted an "exceptional favour" to choose from a wider menu. The facilities in the room and bathroom are also pretty basic: only soap and shampoo in the shower - no conditioner or vanity kit. Lastly, we chose this hotel for our short honeymoon (and I was heavily pregnant) and, despite making it clear in the reservation email, we were very disappointed with the little attention that we received. We were sent to a room that required a lot of walking to go to the main reception and restaurants) and the only special touch that we got was swan folded towels and fake petals on the bed upon arrival. So definitely a lot of room for improvement.

The hotel is a bit old. The lights in the hammam spa were out, the sauna was cold. You can't get to dinner unless you book in advance. We had to go to a restaurant in the city. The breakfast is very good and the outdoor pool too.

Great pool, good indoor spa and facilities. Nice setting

The spa had to many kids, not very calming. No buffet on monday and we were not informed beforehand

    9DanielPosted on: 3-31-2025

Staff was amazing. The food was great for every meal we had. The room as perfect and comfortable. Spa is great.

No direct access from our floor to either the reception or the garage, meaning we need to take 2 different elevators to most places. Pool table is rather expensive.

    5SuuPosted on: 3-30-2025

    Just the view.

Basically everything the price does sweet it was very dark the walls there were damaged leaking on the pool I was sweet it was on the wall it was broken the beds they are doing a lot of noise and the price they ask they should be a much better hotel. The only thing it's nice it's just the view that's it

My wife stayed at the hotel, so this review is from her:I went away for the weekend to immerse myself in nature, relax at a great hotel, visit the spa, and reset. The hotel is perfect for this. It’s also an excellent choice for a romantic getaway. The staff is not just polite—they provide outstanding service. Every interaction made me feel like a truly welcomed guest. All my requests were met, and I was even offered an upgraded room.Breakfast comes with live piano music, and on Sunday, ladies were given flowers. The spa is nice, sauna is fantastic! There’s also a heated indoor pool with very convenient opening hours. The beds are excellent. The grounds are small but beautifully maintained.I would love to return again!

Everything was great, breakfast could have been a little better.

Shame about the restaurant, wanted to opt for the all-in but after the terrible reviews chose not to.

    8RobertoPosted on: 3-10-2025

Excellent room. Good breakfast. Possibility to charge your EV for free (using household plug).

Air conditioning was not working, room was too warm probably through central heating. Not much to do outside the spa, especially during winter or rainy season.

    6AnnaPosted on: 2-18-2025

The room is spacious, with a beautiful view from the window.

But there’s nothing to do in the hotel! There’s a pool, but it’s not working. The territory is beautiful, but it's completely dark in the evening, so sitting by the pool at night is impossible. Honestly, you don’t feel like leaving your room in the evening because the lighting is weak, there are no people around. The only evening entertainment is the spa, open until 8:30 PM (but there was no light in the shower, just a dim light through the sauna door). The sauna’s heater is partially broken. There’s a pool table in the lobby, but it’s paid... Oh, and by the way, they seem to love the number 5: spa caps — 5 euros, a tiny bottle of wine in the minibar — 5 euros. :))) The breakfast selection is limited. Overall, a disappointment. We returned a week ago from a hotel in Albufeira, and there’s a huge difference. I won’t be going back to this one!

Location is great, rooms are clean, the indoor pool is big and the staff is very friendly.

There’s no supervision at the indoor pool, and many guests don’t wear swimming caps. Additionally, some furniture in the rooms is damaged and peeling—for example, the sofas. The hotel has four outlets for charging electric vehicles, but charging times are not managed. When I arrived, one outlet was available. I charged my car for six hours, then went to the garage to disconnect it so others could use the outlet. However, I noticed that the other three cars connected to the remaining outlets stayed plugged in for the entire three days of my stay. This meant they were not actively charging but were still occupying the outlets. If I hadn’t disconnected my car, no one who arrived after me would have been able to charge. The hotel urgently needs to implement a system to manage charging times for better accessibility. The SPA is always very crowded and the water of the pool was cold.We also experienced some inconvenience during our stay, as there was a period when the water supply to the rooms was unavailable, and one of the main elevators was out of service.

Several great pools, the room was very good and breakfast with live piano performance was a nice touch from management. Congrats to the artist, he is very good.

Someone in a room was listening to music in a very high volume from 10PM until 5AM and Hotel management did not get them to stop. Our luck was that they were only there for one night.

The staff in general is friendly, i liked the live music in the bar, it's a nice hotel to spend a day relaxing, it's quiet and has lots of trees.

Nothing special, the entrance smells like mold, the spa pool is cold, the jacuzzy basically just sprays water from underneath, the spa appointment has a lot of people at the same time, the food is nothing special, the dinner is just a buffet, those who eat a little pay €30 for some salads, the breakfast is like a 3-star hotel, the garage has pillars in the middle of the circulation area, and the exit is so tight that I scraped the car against the wall. The staff in general is friendly but I found one at breakfast to be rude and unprofessional.

Spacious room, beautiful view and clean bed linen.

Overall this hotel should not be categorised 5* in our opinion - more accurate would be 4*

The size of the rooms ,the beautiful pools ,the accommodating, super friendly staff, especially the checkin /check out staff ,the lounge with the lovely barman. The size of the place
