River view bedroom and overall location to the hot springs, parking available onsite behind the hotel (although best for small cars only).

Staff did not have a strong customer service orientation. Did not feel welcome.It seemed odd that another large group got what seemed to be better food (different buffet) than what we were assigned.

The pool was great! The outdoor cafe was fabulous. The staff (especially the front desk) were super helpful. They even provided storage for our bicycles.

The location, facilities, breakfast and staff were all wonderful.

Very nice! Great massage by Jose Luis. Spa lady was really rude! The room with terrace was very nice except for the pillow. Food was good and at a fair price. Would return!

Annoying staff. Not allowed to play games out on the terrace for unclear reasons (“because the sign says so…”), breakfast poorly stocked and staff gets angry if you open a drawer to get your own cutlery when it (also) runs out , freezing pool, no pool towels, inside pool only available in the evening and after payment of €8 en €3 for a cap, and without clear communication even not possible to visit the inside pool with the kids on 2 out of the 4 available slots, parking is payed

Clean rooms, recently renovated. Scenery area with warm spring in 10m walk (definitely recommend visiting). Hotel seemed very accessible - elevators, accessible showers, etc...

Quiet room with a fridge, nice river/valley view, very good breakfast, and friendly, welcoming staff.

Some major riverbed reconstruction was underway with heavy machinery working full day. I was surprised by how little English the staff can speak. Despite warm days in Spain, tea and coffee-making facilities in the rooms would be welcome.

no easy access to the parking, there is a stairway, but it is only for staff?

Staff was unfriendly. You get the filling that they do not like tourists. People in the village (in restaurant, shop, bar) are much more friendly and ready to help.I did not like limited hours for the pool and extra proce for it. It would be better of the price of the room is higher and the pool free

This hotel is ideal if you’re visiting for hiking and don’t plan to spend much time indoors. The rooms are spacious and offer stunning views. The spa facilities are a great bonus, providing a relaxing retreat after a day of hiking in the mountains. The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful.

There is a very limited selection of food for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. We visited during the off-season, so many restaurants in town were closed, leaving us with no choice but to eat at the hotel most of the time. After three days, we were desperate for a change. The food quality was ok-ish

Beautiful location right on the river. Rooms were a good size and comfortable. The River Cafe outside was excellent and a lovely place to sit. The pool area was great and serviced by a bar. The walk along the river is really lovely and my husband swam up in the "thermal" waters, it was very beautiful.

The main areas in the hotel are a little basic and there are quite a few coach parties of older folks there who are on half board. It wasn't a problem but not somewhere I would want to spend time. We had one very rude waitress at breakfast who made us move for some unknown reason..... she could have handled it much better. When I mentioned it to reception they seemed to be aware of her "attitude problem".....

Slightly old fashioned but comfortable and beautiful location. The River Club is a bonus that none of the other hotels offer. Indoor pool is pricey for a paying hotel guest.

Location, hotel and room, breakfast was very good, only a walk away to Montanejos hot spring.

Only a few hot items for breakfast which were cold. Only cold plates for them.Dinner menu limited. Spanish style.

Spa was great, breakfast had lots of choice & set evening mealwas fine.

Spa on the 1st evening was perfect & quiet with just 1 other couple. On our 2nd visit it was very busy with families. I think there should be separate times for adults only.

We love this hotel and have returned a few times. it is perfectly located for the town and the river. We also did a cave walk. Love the new pool!

The river outside the hotel is looking a bit dirty this year, needs a good clean up of the algae and chopped down trees everywhere making it feel a bit hectic. The Club restaurant was a bit lacking this year for us, we felt less valued and as though the staff were not as happy and attentive.

Great Hote Spa, only 10 minutes walking distance to fuente de baños. I had an amazing massage from Jose in the spa. I rightly recommend this hotel.

The shower is a bit messy. It gets completely wet. I miss fresh juice at breakfast.

LOVELY LOCATION, river at the back door, secure enough parking for my motorbike and some good little tapas bars near by.

hairs in bathroom, hairs on and in the beds and not that clean in the room. spoke to reception who called cleaning and the hairs from the beds were gone but bathroom still full of hairs , on the walls ,shower and floor.
