Nice hotel on lake. 12pm checkout.

Pool closed. Not much to do.

Beautiful property overlooking the lake. Very peaceful & quiet. The room was clean & comfortable and had everything we needed.Excellent breakfast with a nice selection of breakfast food. The restaurant was clean and had a beautiful view of the lake.

There isn’t a person all the time at the reception desk and when we rang the bell no one came. We then telephoned the 2 numbers listed at the reception desk but no one answered either one of these numbers. We waited a few minutes until someone showed up. If someone didn’t come not sure what to do next since one of the numbers called was an emergency number. It was also unfortunate that the hotel restaurant was closed for vacation during our stay. It was nice they provided suggestions of other nearby restaurants but not all of these restaurants are open daily.

Amazing staff. Marisa and João Paulo went above and beyond to accommodate our requests and make our stay a memorable one. The room view was amazing! The room was very spacious and clean. The surroundings are very beautiful. Perfet if you're looking for a peaceful spot in the nature.

The breakfast was ok but not amazing. The food in the restaurant was very good, but the full dose was small for 2 -- that should be mentioned. The beach access and the material and logistics for the water activities they offer could be improved as well.

Absolutely gorgeous location right at the lake, breathtaking views, exceptional accommodations and comfort, design furniture, really nice staff and great breakfast. I’m so happy to have found this place.I will definitely go back!

The whole experience was absolutely 1st class. Staff very friendly and helpful. Very peaceful and quiet venue with amazing views across the reservoir/lake. Breakfast was a feast. Would definitely stay here again if in the area.

Clean and comfortable very nice staff lake beach was real nice

The atmosphere was so peaceful and view was amazing. Staff very attentive and excellent breakfast and restaurant.

There was no elevator and the room was a little dusty (perhaps it has been closed for some time).

The view onto the lake. Two balconies with a perfect view to the lake. The staff was very friendly and forthcoming. The room size was more than enough. There was a good choice of food for breakfast

When the heat pump started working there was a kind of structural noise being transferred to the room, which was annoying. There was some building work ongoing which was quite noisy.

Arrived super early but room was ready so let me check in. Off road parking within the grounds for motorbike and able to park at rear out of sight although it’s a quiet place, beautiful views, good breakfast and room was very spacious clean and comfortable. Staff were helpful. Nearest super market was around 11km away. Petrol station just up the road and there’s a restaurant around 1.5k or so up the road that does lunch and evening meals.

Only had hot water in the morning Breakfast room was very cold/uncomfortable and for someone traveling 8:30 is to late to have breakfast Help was not friendly at all

No where to hang bath towels. The hotel needs to hang hooks up.

Beautiful surroundings -very peaceful and an amazing view from our room. The room was modern and super clean. Staff were friendly and helpful.

It was a shame that we couldn't pay with a card and had to go to the town nearby to draw cash, because of a problem with the card machine not accepting anything but Portuguese bank cards.

Excellent location and facilities. The staff is also super friendly and helpful.

There were a few footsteps marks in the shower. Nothing major though. Men’s common cabin toilet downstairs could have been cleaner in my opinion. Small details though. There is a log of margin for improvement when it comes to the Breakfast offer. If that is improved slightly it will surely have a decisive impact.

Very well appointed and upscale finishes. The hotel itself was very unassuming and fit in well with the surroundings. One of the nicest hotels we’ve stayed in.

There was nothing we didn’t like!

The staff went out of its way to make our stay as great as possible.

The whole place and especially the location.

It seems that they are starting, but the necessity of a small bar is demanding.
