- great location in the crossroads of dolomites. very caring staff in a cozy guest house. wonderful for a stay during any season. spacious rooms, very well cleaned, plenty of towels. comfy beds and soft puffy duvets. superb water pressure in the shower and hot enough water. breakfast buffet is modest but has necessary items.

- poor wifi signal, sometimes completely disappears. some parts of the house may have a better signal. AC unavailable. though the house is in the mountains, it does get hot in the room in summer during the day up until late at night, until it cools down by morning if windows and balcony are open. AC installation and strong wifi signal across the premises would make it a 10.
